Don’t miss it when you’re in Colombo
Pros:

Modern hotel settled near the ocean what gives you magnificent room view. Concierges were very pleasant as reception staff. Special thanks to Dewmini who was very kind and pleasant and have asked to all of my questions.
FunFact: reception desk is at tenth floor where you can find the terrace to relax with a cup of coffee or tea.

Though our stay was okay, room size, food and price could be improved.
Pros:

We liked the location and sea view room with modern facilities such as showers and closet sensor lights.

Cons:

Food especially the buffet and even the menu meals can be improved. Sri Lankan food didn’t meet the standards.

And the Luxury King size room was too tight; not much room to move around. And only one winged chair was in the room. Two persons couldn’t sit by the window and enjoy the sea view.

Regarding the price, though Booking.com advertised the room price and fees and taxes, we were charged more. This we found misleading.

Pros:

Personale molto disponibile e disposto a risolvere i problemi se ce ne sono.

Cons:

Ho preso un caffè al bar della lobby ho chiesto di addebitarlo sulla camera, mi hanno risposto not possible.
Sono dovuto andare in camera a prendere la carta di credito e pagare, essendoci solo 2 ascensori ho perso 28 minuti tra andare in camera e tornare nella lobby per pagare.

Not the best.
Pros:

The restaurant staff and bar staff friendly especially our waiter and bar staff.

Cons:

I had called the day before to ask for a twin room and we were given a mouldy smelling double. We were told no twins available but they did give us a free upgrade to a sea view room double.
The rooms are small.
The check in took for ages.
The most frustrating part was we were constantly chased for money from management.
I asked for some fresh milk for our room to have a cup of tea in the morning they wanted to charge 1000rp for a splash of milk ( never before have i stayed anywhere in the world and been charge 2.50£ for some milk. We refused it.)
The breakfast was okay but they charge 2500rp for my 8 year to have breakfast. On booking.com they said it was included. To start with I had to argue she was 8, when staff tried to insist she was 10, all though having a copy of her passport.
It is a shame we had this experience for 100$ a night stay!!
If it wasn't for the waiting staff, chef and bar staff it would of been awful.

Un hotel de paso con un SPA excelente
Pros:

La comodidad de la habitación, el SPA y las excelentes masajistas, la ubicación central. El baño es excelente. La piscina en el último piso.

Cons:

El restaurant: lenta atención y falta de ingredientes en platos seleccionados como una pizza margarita sin albahaca. La respuesta fue: "no tenemos ese ingrediente". Los conserjes no son muy amables.
