Konumu biraz ana merkeze uzak bu nedenle yuruyerek yaklasik 25 dakika ya da taksiyle 15 dakika. Metro duragina yurume mesafesi yaklasik 7-8 dakika. Hotelde sabah kahvaltida olan hanimefendiler cok fazla ingilizce bilmiyor. Dini hassasiyetlerimden dolayi sabahki kasari domuz etiyle bir araya getirdikleri icin yiyemedim buna dikkat etmeleri lazim.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism regarding invoicing.

This stay was booked for business purposes, and we clearly requested an invoice from the very beginning. Despite repeatedly providing all the necessary company details over the past month, the property has still failed to issue the invoice. Every time we follow up, we are asked again for information that has already been sent multiple times, with no actual progress or resolution.

For a business traveler, proper and timely invoicing is a basic requirement, and the way this situation has been handled is completely unacceptable. Communication has been inefficient, frustrating, and unprofessional throughout the entire process.

I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling for business purposes.

Breakfast could be more diverse. Breakfast gets repetitive if you stay longer than a night or two.

The queen bed was made from two joined beds with uneven mattress firmness, which made it very uncomfortable.

Make sure you put in the parameters “safe route” when you get walking directions. Our first walking route took us through the worst neighborhoods.

The next day I added safe route and it sent us on a very wonderful trail.

Just a note for those who are not familiar with such a system:

There is no reception at the property. We communicated through Booking messaging. They send you the codes to get into the building and get your key. The communication was smooth, we had no problem but we weren’t familiar with this self check-in system so just a heads up.

Das Frühstück war etwas mager, zum Beispiel kein frisches Brot, nur Toast.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Wir schliefen im obersten Stock und es brummte unaufhörlich.
Kein Personal untertags, nur zum Frühstück.

A bejárati ajtó csapódása a 3. emeleten is nagyon hangos és zavaró.

Het terrasje is heel klein en slechts 1 handdoekwissel op 5 nachten.

C'est un hôtel en autonomie (pas de réception).

Staffing was the biggest issue.

Loom was de-listed from Booking.com prior to our arrival, so Booking.com couldn't absolutely confirm the booking :( So I called the hotel on their listed contact number. They couldn't tell me anything immediately; something about wifi issues. I needed to call back. I was busy that day and called back the next, to be told it was all fine.

We booked a Twin room and confirmed immediately after booking that they could provide a twin. They confirmed the twin in writing. When we turned up shortly after 3 pm, it was a standard double. No staff onsite. I called the contact number to be told there was nothing they could do. I made my severe displeasure clear. My poor companion ended up sleeping on the sofa, not able to unfold it, as I had a broken arm.

No bag storage is available; I did ask in advance.

Doors are heavy, and the internal one was jamming badly during our stay.

AirCon does not fully work. The room was 22/23 degrees, not comfy for a Londoner like me, I'd set it to 19. So it was stuffy. The building site at the back makes opening both windows not super feasible.

Deeply unprofessional. Absolutely not worth the price for such disinterested service.
