في كل زيارة لهذا الفندق لا أجد إلا الإبهار وروعة الخدمة والتفاني في تقديمها، بدايةً من حفاوة الاستقبال وحتى حسن التوديع، إضافة إلى مستوى النظافة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل.
كل الشكر والتقدير للأخوين معاذ وياسين، والأخت خولة، والشكر موصول للأخت مريم من قسم الإشراف الداخلي، على حسن التعامل والاهتمام والحرص على راحة النزلاء.
تجربة رائعة تتكرر في كل زيارة، شكرًا لجميع فريق الفندق.

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr freundliches Personal, super saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und hochwertige Ausstat
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt als Familie im Makass Apart Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend – für die gebotene Qualität bekommt man wirklich viel.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die äußerst freundlichen und professionellen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Man wird herzlich empfangen und bei allen Anliegen kompetent unterstützt.

Auch das Housekeeping verdient großes Lob: Die Mitarbeiter leisten hervorragende Arbeit. Alles war jederzeit makellos sauber, gepflegt und angenehm duftend. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort gelegt wird.

Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem und sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig und modern. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die elektrischen Rollläden, die den Komfort zusätzlich erhöhen.

Praktisch sind außerdem die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel, was die An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert macht.

Insgesamt ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung, hervorragendem Service und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Makass Apart Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
