De rustgevende zwembad en de behulpzame personeel van de kamers & van het ontbijt en natuurlijk receptie. Eigelijk vond ik alle personeel behulpzaam en meedenkend.

Helpful staff, nice food, good location for airport, great pool

Cons:

The shuttle van to the airport had NO brakes - something very wrong, you could hear the brakes were metal on metal. Driver drove at 30 km to compensate but so dangerous

Das Hotel Ben Batouta in Tanger ist absolut zu empfehlen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dieses Hotel verdient mehr Sterne.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets zuvorkommend.

Ich werde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Hotelteam für den tollen Service!
