The location was very nice, close to everything

Cons:

The cleaning lady was too loud , she started cleaning the rooms next to mine at 8 am, she kept shuffling her feet, and dragging the furniture around loudly, so I couldn’t sleep well after a long day and i had a long one coming also… The receptionist wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. He seemed uninterested and didn’t make much effort to assist or create a positive first impression. Better customer service would greatly improve the overall experience.

La chambre est tres salle j ai passé la pire nuit de ma vie les insecte de partout sous la couette sur le sol j ai pas pu dormir de la nuit a cause de la lumiere au couloir qui reste allumé et des déplacements toutes la nuit du personnel, je ne conseille pas du tout cet établissement la pire expérience de ma vie des poussière de langue année sur la tete de lit, le petit dej est tres aml servi on nous sert pas tout les aliments sous prétexte qu on a pas demandé a manger le pire c est que la fenetre donne toujours sur le retau vis a vis direct avec le restau de l hotel chose qui est pas du tout normal je partagerai les photos ci-dessus

J ai pris une video de l etat de la chambre et je compte me faire rembourser merci de me passer un agent pour que je puisse echanger avec lui par rapport a mon expérience dans cet établissement

Katastrophe

Cons:

Die Zimmertüren waren der letzte Kram. Das sogenannte Bad war nicht zu benutzen, da kaputt und uralt. Es war auch laut auf dem Flur und durch das Oberlicht der Tür, war es hell im Zimmer bei Nacht.
