Le personnel de l’hôtel a été accueillant, poli et professionnel tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui est un point très positif.
Et merci à Chaimaa. Vous redonnez de la lumière à cet hôtel obscur.

J’ai été très déçu par l’état général de la chambre. La salle de bain manquait clairement de propreté, avec des murs et un sol sales. Le papier peint était très abîmé et l’ensemble donnait une impression de manque d’entretien. L’odeur présente dans la chambre était particulièrement désagréable et rendait le séjour inconfortable.

La nuits été également été très difficiles. On entendait tout. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé. C’était un cauchemar.

Le ménage semble être réalisé de manière insuffisante. Ils auraient besoin d’une rénovation complète afin d’offrir des conditions d’hébergement conformes aux attentes des clients.

C’est d’autant plus regrettable que le personnel, quant à lui, s’est montré irréprochable.

Roupas de cama e banho limpas, cheirosas, quarto confortável e espaçoso. Os funcionários são muito solícitos, educados e agradáveis! O café da manhã é farto e bem preparado com ovos, pães diversos, suco natural, chá e café.
Dá pra ir a pé para a Mesquita Hassan II.

Cons:

Falta limpeza no carpete do quarto.

Bien mais pas forcément à recommander
Pros:

Les réceptionnistes étaient adorables et très serviables !
Merci encore à eux d’avoir réservé un taxi pour nous !

Cons:

Le ménage malheureusement n’était pas bien fait dans notre chambre (il restait des cheveux et des poils dans le lavabo), la climatisation n’était pas réglable dans la chambre mais uniquement via la réception.

Concernant le petit déjeuner le beurre et fromage avaient l’air d’avoir pris un coup de chaud… et le pain était assez sec…

Enfin à notre dernier jour au petit dej, ce qui semble être le gérant, s’est énervé au téléphone et a visiblement « tapé » dans la porte d’entrée… malgré ses excuses nous avons trouvé que c’était un manque de professionnalisme…


Malgré tout on remercie les employés adorables !

Cons:

Ranní budíček zajištěn přímým sousedstvím s modlitebním místem. Snídaně byly nic moc (v době Ramadánu). Koupelna byla pod vodou z boileru i po dotazu na recepci.

Decent for a short stay
Pros:

The room looked pleasant, breakfast was good, and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was a bit of a far walk from some of the local attractions / good restaurants. We had a leak in the bathroom that got water all over the floor, but the staff quickly cleaned it up.

Voor toeristen zeker geen goede lichting en de hotelkamer had zijn beste tijd gehad.
Pros:

De kamer was zeer ruim

Cons:

De airco en de minibar werkten niet. Ik kreeg te weinig uitleg bij het inchecken over het poetsen van de kamer. Blijkbaar moest ik dat vragen wanneer nodig en mijn sleutel dan achterlaten, maar dat werd niet gezegd bij het inchecken.

Pros:

Sehr guter Check in nach Mitternacht. Äußerst freundlicher, englischsprachiger Mitarbeiter! Auch das Zimmer war ok und somit dem Preis Leistung Verhältnis für 1 Nacht gut. Auch die Bestellung eines Taxis am Morgen hat durch die freundliche, junge Frau an der Rezeption gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ok! Für mich ein guter Zwischenstopp!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war extrem klein. Alles recht einfach!
