Proche des lieux touristiques, très très bon accueil du personnel. Nous avons été surclassé ! L’accueil et le service sont exceptionnel

Cons:

Pet bémol pour le SPA qui était full, on a été redirigé vers un autre établissement qui est en fait un scam touristique…

Petit déjeuner très complet servi en plateau au restaurant Chouchou de l'hôtel. Les Viennoiseries sont bonnes, les œufs cuits selon nos désirs et le jus d'orange pressé à la minute.

Comfortable and hospitable
Pros:

Clean, modern, and well taken care of. Has everything you need in one place - pool, restaurant, bar, spa in an excellent location. Soukaina, Ahmed and Oumaima were a great help.

Un bel hôtel et un personnel professionnel mais...
Pros:

L'hôtel est facile d'accès il semble neuf et le personnel comme partout au Maroc est aux petits soins polis professionnel.

Cons:

Les prix sont ceux de France si on les compare proportionnellement. Les propriétaires ont su décorer et recruter et former le personnel mais ces prix ne sont pas corrélés à la réalité du marché marocain. Bref sans ce personnel, la direction ne pourrait pas s'enrichir. Il manque un supplément d'âme.dans cet établissement,on sent que la décoration a été soignée mais ...il manque ce petit je ne sais quoi qui fait l'âme d'un lieu, elle n'est pas ici....
