Super séjour
Pros:

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Nous avons eu l'immense plaisir d'être surclassés dans une chambre plus spacieuse, et le personnel a fait preuve d'une écoute et d'un accueil irréprochables. Un grand merci pour leur flexibilité le jour du départ : notre vol étant tardif, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine jusqu'au bout, puis utiliser une chambre de courtoisie pour nous doucher et nous changer. Une attention remarquable qui a clôturé nos vacances en beauté !
Soukaina a été d'une gentillesse sans nom pour nous aider tout au long de notre séjour.
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et très bon!

Cons:

Un horaire de petit-déjeuner un peu juste pour les clients ayant des activités ou excursions programmées dès 8h du matin. Avancer l'ouverture de quelques minutes permettrait de s'organiser plus facilement.
Une petite suggestion constructive pour améliorer encore l'expérience : il serait très pratique d'avoir un moyen de contacter le personnel (via un interphone, un téléphone ou un service de commande en ligne) pour commander un rafraîchissement ou un encas directement depuis la piscine. Cela éviterait d'avoir à se déplacer jusqu'au bar ou au restaurant en bas de l'hôtel, en maillot de bain et encore mouillé. C'est le seul petit détail qui aurait rendu le séjour absolument parfait !

otel tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. havuzu da sevdik çocuklar için güzel. çalışanlar da ilgili ve güleryüzlüydüler yardım etmeye çalıştılar. hepsine teşekkürler. odalar güzeldi . çevrede güzel. karşıda bir döviz bürosu orayı geçince herkesin yediği bir balık lokantası var. şehir içi geziler için taksi uygun tabii pazarlık yaparak.

otelde odaya herhangi bir sipariş verirseniz diye fiyatlı bir liste koymuşlar, (fiyatlar uygun) fakat sipariş verilen yerde aynı fiyatlar olmayabiliyor. çok büyük farklar değil yani kısaca güncel olmayabiliyor listedeki fiyatlar..

J’y retournerais les yeux fermés à chaque retour à Marrakech 🥰
Pros:

Tout, le petit déjeuner était très bon et servi avec amour, le personnel adorable très accueillant et arrangeant aux petits soins (avec le sourire !), la chambre était très confortable spacieuse jolie et on s’y sent très bien, la clim fonctionnait à merveille et les femmes de chambre faisaient un super travail. Je m’y suis sentie vraiment très bien !!!

Cons:

Il manquait parfois juste un peu de personnel autour de la piscine, histoire de pouvoir commander quelque chose à manger / à boire.

IT was great being back at the Fashion Hotel. Will definitely be revisiting on my next stay in Marrakech.
Pros:

I loved my stay at the he Fashion Hotel. I have stayed there before and loved it the first time.

Cons:

The staff was vey welcoming. Especially Soukaina. She was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and relaxing.
Ziyad from the restaurant staff recommended some places for us to watch the match on our first day. He did an excellent job during our stay.

Pros:

Superb location with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean, with a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The lovely scent in the reception area and hallways created a welcoming first impression. The rooftop swimming pool offers stunning views and is a real highlight of the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would happily recommend.

Cons:

I would have preferred a buffet breakfast rather than a set menu, although I understand that some guests may prefer the latter.
When travelling to other countries, many of us also enjoy experiencing the local culture, including listening to traditional or classical music in the hotel's café/restaurant.
