Die Unterkunft hat nach der Buchung zusätzliche Zahlungsforderungen erhoben, weil sich anscheinend die Taxen geändert hätten. Sie haben uns einen externen Zahlunglink (ausserhalb von booking.com) geschickt und ohne diese zusätzliche Zahlung wollten sie uns den Eingangscode nicht geben, was völlig unverhältnismässig war (3 volle Nächte waren bereits bezahlt!). In diesen Zeiten, wo man sehr auf Cyberkriminalität achten muss, lässt das diesen Anbieter sehr unprofessionell erscheinen.
Ausserdem hat der Raum sehr unangenehm gerochen, die Matrazen waren durchgelegen und das Haus ist an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse gelegen.

Δεν μου άρεσε που δεν είχα καμμία επικοινωνία με ιδιοκτήτες. Για να μπορέσεις να επικοινωνήσεις κάποια ανάγκη δεν υπήρχε τηλέφωνο παρά μόνο watch up. Ξέχασα μια τσάντα μέσα που τη βρήκαν οι καθαρίστριες και χωρίς να ρωτήσουν πριν, τη πέταξαν στα σκουπίδια και ως που να βρω τη διαχείριση από το watch up και να βρεθεί η τσάντα υπήρχε δυσκολία.
Κάναμε ότι μπορούσαν για να τη βρουν ...αλλά σε ένα νορμάλ ξενοδοχείο με reception όλα είναι πιο εύκολα.

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι η ηχομόνωση 😔

Staying here was the worst accommodation experience of my life — and I genuinely mean the worst.

From the moment I arrived on Friday evening, there was no hot water in the apartment. After a long day of travel, discovering I couldn’t even take a warm shower was incredibly frustrating. Communication with the property was entirely through WhatsApp, and throughout my stay I was constantly passed between different people with no coordination and no actual resolution.

First, they asked me to check the electrical panel to make sure all the switches were up. After that, I was told a technician would come the next day. Before returning to the apartment that evening, I messaged them again asking if the issue had been fixed, and they explicitly told me it had. Imagine my surprise when I arrived back and found there was still no hot water. By then it was already my second night dealing with the same issue.

At that point I requested a refund and said I wanted to leave because they had outright lied to me. Their response was to offer only a 30% refund per affected night, which I found completely unacceptable considering the apartment lacked a basic necessity for the entire stay. I contacted Booking.com immediately for assistance.

What made the situation even worse was that the property only informed me I “could leave if I wanted” around 20 minutes before checkout on my final night. Without confirmation of a refund, leaving earlier would have been risky, so I stayed. Eventually, exhausted and not wanting to waste more of my holiday arguing with them, I reluctantly accepted the 30% offer.

Now, a month and a half later, I still haven’t received a single cent.

Every time I ask for an update on WhatsApp, I get a completely different person replying, and every single one asks me again for the reservation details as if no previous conversation exists. The communication is beyond ridiculous. The property claims they sent the refund to Booking.com, while Booking.

Eztenely small rooms, noisy no sound proof rooms, and no elevator on ground floor so one has to carry their luggage to 1st floor

A few things that should be improved: the porcelain in the shower needs cleaning, the water flow in the shower sink is very weak, the promised toiletries were not there, and the liquid soap bottles were not refilled either. There was only one roll of toilet paper, even though I stayed there for 4 nights. It's a bit disappointing that the promises listed on the booking website are not fulfilled. People rely on what is listed.

Quite and the location was very close to everything I wanted
