The location and pool overlooking Kandy. The rooftop restaurant had good food too.
The staff didnt seem to know what time the in-house restaurants were open and I was also charged for my toddlers breakfast when I was repeatedly informed that she was free of charge.

Das das hotel nicht ausgebucht war ,wir ein Zimmer vor dem Lift bekommen haben und das die aktuelle Buchung 50 Euro billiger gewesen wäre

We had a lovely stay at The Tree Kandy in Sri Lanka. The hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
One of the highlights was the rooftop infinity pool with cafe. The views from the pool were absolutely amazing, especially while relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Kandy. It was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere.
The location was great for experiencing the beauty of Kandy, while the hotel itself provided a peaceful place to relax. We also enjoyed the food and the warm hospitality.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at The Tree Kandy and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. We would happily stay here again!

Good location. Nice pool.
Staff were not all that helpful or friendly. The food was good, but not good value for money.
I was on the third floor, first room from the elevator. Every time the elevator was used, I could hear the grinding sound and metallic thumps through my walls.
Beautiful location. Great rooftop bar and pool with views. Friendly staff.
Two of our group had a lovely non lake view room. We had a lake view room which was smaller than others (at end of corridor - room 101!). It was really noisy near a service/housekeeping area waking us up at 5am each day. The room key didn't work and we had a physical key. The safe was locked shut on our arrival so we couldn't use it, and three separate phone calls were required before someone came to fix it. If we hadn't had these issues I would have given the hotel a top rating.
Had a wonderful stay at The Trees, Kandy. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent service. The place was very welcoming and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed my time there. Would definitely recommend it!
