Beautiful views, great location, very modern and clean

Great location, it takes 5 min to get into Kandy by foot. Rooms was clean and modern with an amazing view. Rooftop pool is a nice plus. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Not much, would love to see more Sri Lanken food on the menu. Breakfast was okay.

A perfect place to relax in busy Kandy
Manager was most helpful and the hotel is modern design with pool on the rooftop with a.azing view over the lake.

The property was beautiful
I felt offended when receptionist stopped my driver from driving to check where I had put their hairdryer and didn’t even apologise afterwards,but I would certainly stay again just make sure I put things back in their correct place 🙈

The restaurant was very good.
We would rate this hotel a 9, or even a 10.
The staff were extremely polite and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. They kindly changed our room upon request and even surprised us with a birthday celebration in the room, which was a lovely touch.
The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
The only downside was the slow service in the restaurant when ordering food. However, this seems to be quite common across Sri Lanka.
We would also like to mention that we only discovered the availability of spa and massage services on our last day. There was no information about these services in the room—only the restaurant menu. It would be very helpful if brochures or details about all hotel services, including spa treatments, were available in the rooms.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Property was gorgeous, especially the roof top pool and cafe. Room size is generous and the lake view room had a lovely balcony/ view.
The staff were…. I don’t know how to put it. They would linger around us a lot and ask us to go sit outside when we were happy to stand or sit inside while waiting for a coffee or to check in etc. For example on check in we were an hour early so we were happy to (and confirmed in advance) we would just drop our bags and go off but they wouldn’t just let us leave and they kept insisting the room was almost ready and we just sit down outside and look at the view. We mentioned we had been in the car for 3 hours and were only here for one night so we’re itching to get out and explore the city and they persisted that we wait, and then we waited for about 35 / 40 mins and had to have a somewhat forced room tour/ explanation. It was all a bit odd! But that aside, the hotel was gorgeous, the walk down and up the hill to town was great, it was fab to be able to walk up the hill and be out of the chaos of the city.
