Non posso dire nulla di negativo di questo Hotel. Dall'accoglienza, dalla pulizia, dall'ordine in qualsiasi ambiente. Ottima colazione e ottima posizione. Peccato per il ristorante che in questo momento è chiuso. Grazie per aver reso piacevole questo soggiorno nella splendida Amsterdam.

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful—and gave us plenty of useful information.

The room was larger than we expected. It had a very comfortable king-size bed with perfect pillows, as well as a spacious private bathroom. The best feature was the bunk beds, which had a sliding privacy panel, allowing our daughter to have her own space to sleep, read or use her phone.

The room also had a very well-equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs and a sofa, which I believe was a sofa bed, although we did not use it. The staff recommended a place where we could rent bicycles for the three of us, as well as several good places to eat and shop.

The location was perfect. It was not right in the city centre, but the centre was only a few minutes away by bicycle or public transport, and it was also a pleasant walk.

I would especially like to thank the hotel for what happened after we checked out. We travelled to the north of the country, where I accidentally lost my wallet containing our passports, bank cards and other important items. The person who found it called the hotel because its telephone number was inside. The hotel made every effort to contact us, both through Booking.com and by phone, to let us know where the wallet was.

We were incredibly grateful. It truly shows that the hotel cares about its guests before, during and even after their stay.

This is a good hotel, nice staff, good-sized clean rooms, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, quiet location and very good breakfast. You can rent a bike here, or just take the metro that is 7 min walk from the hotel.

Great place, good choices of places to go. Cool building, comfy room, good spaces, nice shower.

Desde el primer momento súper atentos y amables,todo muy limpio ,cómodo personal muy atento y la hubicacion perfecta para moverte y ver la ciudad .

Everything, space and quality of room. Bed is super comfortable, all very clean, staff super nice!! Lidl a few meters away. Fantastic breakfast!

La habitación Cosy es amplia y tiene la ventaja de tener una cocina con nevera lo que te permite realizar una comida o cena en caso de necesidad. La ubicación está muy bien ya que es zona tranquila y con un paseo de 10 min estás en la parada de tren/metro/tranvia de Amstelstation. También tienes el autobus 37 que te deja a 2 min andando del hotel y que viene muy bien cuando vienes cansado de la visita a Amsterdam. El desayuno es suficiente, además tienes la opción de pedir unos panecillos sin gluten. Limpieza muy buena de las habitaciones. Además tiene un lidl a 5 minutos andando del hotel.
