Never returning to this hotel again.
Pros:

Room was really nice and comfortable.

Lady Reception on check-in was very nice and pleasant and also very helpful.

Overall satisfied with condition on the room except the sound outside which is details below.

Cons:

The noise outside the room, by the window. It is like a machine sound that kept me up all night and I only stayed 1 night. I had to keep my series sound loud to hide the machine sound.

I was told that I will have Netflix for this room which was one of the reason why I booked a suite. Netflix was not working at all and the issue was not resolved even after I left. Also the casting/chromecast was also not working which was truly disappointing.

Reception desk male staff very unfriendly and did not smile at all except when he is chatting with this friends or female guests he likes. So double standards.

The hotel confirmed that there will be Turkey bacon as I am a Muslim but they only served Pork Bacon. This is total misinformation and very disappointing as I was expecting it.

Las instalaciones son excelentes. Hay cafe gratis disponible. El baño, la cama, la limpieza… todo super. El hotel esta a 15min caminando de la estacion de tren que tarda 20min a Amsterdam Central.

Cons:

The staff. 10min after I checked in the morning male receptionist asked me very personal questions- like if I had a boyfriend- made me feel quite uncomfortable. The night staff- an asian heritage looking girl and another guy- gave me the worst service. Especially her. I had to do an extra check in for my partner- and pay accordingly- not only her attitude showed me she hates her job, but she was also rude and impatient when I requested the extra charge be added to my bill, even after offering my company details and the card to put down as deposit. Not to mention she refused to provide an invoice.

Hotel in ruhiger Lage, nettes Personal, gute Zimmerausstattung aber schlechtes Frühstück
Pros:

Hotel in ruhigem Stadtbereich. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit Safe und kleinem Kühlschrank. Zimmer könnte aber größer sein.

Cons:

Frühstück war eine Zumutung. Marmelade und Billignougatcreme in Tüten. Butter in Plastikdöschen. keine Frühstückseier. Weiße (!) Brötchen, direkt aus der Aufpackpackung, jedoch nicht richtig aufgebacken worden, 2. Sorte: Labbrige Brötchen,kaum essbar. Kein Camembert. Wurst/Käse teilw. nicht frisch. Kaffee aus dem Automaten war nicht genießbar, trotz unterschiedl. Einstellungen.
Beim Kakao lässt Maschine wenig Milch, viel Wasser fließen- so schmeckts auch. Kein Erdbeerjoghurt.

1. Frühstück - eine oder zwei Busladungen Menschen hatten es so eilig, das jemandem am Nebentisch mehrfach das Essen aus dem Mund auf den Teller fiel (!), für Verhaltensweise wie Nase hochziehen und schlürfen kann das Hotel nichts- dadurch kann man aber eigenes Frühstück nicht genießen. Die Leute drängelten sich vor und sind über das übersichtliche Buffet wie die Heuschrecken hergefallen.
2. Frühstück - wir konnten diesmal in Ruhe frühstücken. Die Probleme (wie vor 1. erwähnt) blieben aber.

Das Hotel sollte frühere und längere Frühstückszeiten überdenken, damit es nicht zu "Heuschreckensituationen" kommt. Und die Qualität und Quantität des Frühstücks grundlegend überdenken.

Knapp 3 Wochen vorher haben wir in den Niederlanden in einem anderen Hotel übernachtet. Dort war das Frühstück ausgezeichnet, die wissen sogar wie man ein perfektes Frühstücksei kocht ;-)

Relajación perfecta cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:
