Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent plated breakfast. Our AC wasn’t working on arrival (during the heat wave) and they switched us to a different room which was much appreciated. Great location close to public transit and quick access to the central train station.

The location was convenant for my event
They didn’t serve dinner even though I asked. The menus the provide on the TV were not up to date. There was blood on the bathroom wall and when I told the front desk staff she said “ sorry about that”
Probably the best hotel staff Ive ever encountered. I mean all of them. I dealt with five different staff members and they were all super helpful and all of them went the extra mile. This cannot be coincidence. I mean they must like their workplace or get some incentives etc. Im just very impressed by this and hope those gets through to all of them.
My tv didn’t work and I didn’t want to watch it bad enough to call someone up to sort it out which Im sure they would have done in minutes. It was bed time anyway:)
Sfeervol hotel, erg centraal gelegen in Rotterdam. Je loopt zo het centrum in. We konden van te voren alvast onze bagage droppen en werden actief op de hoogte gesteld toen de kamers klaar waren om in te checken. Ook heerlijk ontbeten. Een aanrader en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Locatie was gunstig gelegen ivm bezoek aan het EMC. Kamer was ruim en efficient ingedeeld. Heerlijk bed! Alles zag er goed onderhouden en schoon uit. Vriendelijke ontvangst

L’emplacement de l’hébergement est idéal, à seulement 20 minutes à pied de la gare principale de Rotterdam. La chambre était cozy et accueillante, et malgré la rue qui traverse le bâtiment, le bruit était négligeable. La nature environnante offrait un cadre paisible et de l’air frais.

Dear Guest Relations Team,
I paid €1,226.83 (see attached) for a two-night stay at your hotel, and I can honestly say that I have no intention of ever returning.
For a hotel charging this level of rates, I was surprised to find that the room did not even provide basic amenities such as slippers or cotton pads.
To make matters worse, the main entrance would not open properly at night, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
The final disappointment came at check-out. At 11:00 a.m., when I left my luggage with reception, the staff member did not provide me with any claim ticket or reference number. When I asked how my driver would be able to identify and collect my luggage later, I was told that claim tickets are only given at check-in and not when luggage is stored after check-out. My concern was met with little more than a blank stare.
After decades of international travel, I have never encountered such a practice. I now realize how fortunate I have been that every other hotel I have stayed at considered a luggage claim ticket a basic security measure.
Considering the price paid, the overall experience fell far below expectations and certainly below the standards one would expect from a hotel in this category. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and attention to guest experience
