Het ziet er leuk uit, maar kwaliteit valt op meerdere vlakken erg tegen. Geen 4 sterren hotel!
Pros:

Kamer was leuk ingericht, ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Bij aankomst erg rumoerig, muziek stond erg hard.
Personeel spreekt geen Nederlands. Begrijpt dit niet eens! In eigen land verwacht ik in eigen taal te kunnen communiceren!

Kamer: Licht op badkamer was gekoppeld aan licht in slaapkamer (halletje) Je kunt dus niet alleen op de badkamer het licht aandoen.
Niet handig als je nog wilt douchen, terwijl de ander wil slapen. Ook erg onhandig als je er 's nachts uit moet.

Nachtlampje scheen erg fel, dus hoofdschakelaar uitgezet, waardoor er ook geen airco was.
Erg gehorig. (Verkeer buiten)

Bed staat met 1 kant tegen de muur, waardoor je over de ander heen moet kruipen, als je eruit wilt. Aan het voeteneinde over het trapje eruit kan niet, omdat daar de tv hangt. Dit is niet te doen en had op de site beter omschreven moeten worden!

Beddengoed kraakte en voelde zweterig aan. Zeer slechte nachtrust zorgt ervoor dat je de positieve dingen niet meer zo ziet.

De site gaf aan dat ik voor mijn kind (14) niet extra hoefde te betalen; ik heb echter toch voor 2 personen betaald.

Dit hotel is m.i. absoluut geen 4 sterren waard!

The road outside gets busy and noisy (boy racers!) So would recommend a room away from the main road.

Lawaai van de leidingen door het gebouw, echt niet normaal wat voor gebons wij hebben gehoord & iedere wc die werd doorgespoeld.

Amazing hotel but staff was lacking…
Pros:

Loved the sustainability concept and modern and clean look. Mattresses and bedding was fantastic, we had an amazing sleep. Also it was super central, easy to walk to some of the main sights.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff at the bar didn’t live up to the rest of the hotel. They constantly gave you the feeling that you were bothering them, did not ever smile and even argued behind the counter - very unprofessional.
