Appartamento perfetto!
Pros:

Host molto disponibile, Claudia (la ragazza che veniva a pulire) davvero fantastica, ha pensato a riordinare e non solo pulire la stanza con una cura che oggigiorno avrebbe solo una persona di fiducia e di casa!
Appartamento molto carino, ben posizionato e con tutto il necessario, posizione ottima e comoda per ogni spostamento, e vicino sia a piedi che con i mezzi alla stazione e al centro di Cagliari. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Cons:

L’unico grande inconveniente è stato il malfunzionamento delle prime due notti, che è stato riparato quindi il terzo giorno di arrivo (parliamo della settimana di ferragosto, quindi l’host sicuramente ha fatto i salti mortali per far venire il tecnico). Sicuramente nelle estati calde come questa (come lo sono tutte in realtà) è vitale che funzioni alla perfezione.

Superb stay
Pros:

Location was perfect close to everything you need; bus/train/food/shopping ect. Apartment had everything you needed. Staff were good with communication

Her şeyiyle çok güzel bir konaklamaydı. Kliması, suyu, balkonu, her yere yakın oluşu, çalışanlar, hepsi harikaydı. Göz bandına kadar düşünmüşler. Odayı her gün düzenliyorlar.

Cons:

Camda kalın perde yoktu. Bu nedenle panjuru açıp kapatmak gerekiyor ama panjur otomatik değil, ipi çok sert. Check out’tan sonra bagaj bırakılamıyor.

Pros:

Чиста и удобна стая на изгодна цена в сравнение с другите оферти в Каляри. Няма основание да се посочва дори един негатив. Центърът и гарата са на 10 минути пеша. Домакините са готови да почистват стаята всеки ден освен ако изрично не ги помолиш да не го правят.

Няма такова нещо.

Soggiorno impeccabile
Pros:

Monolocale accogliente, ampio, luminoso e con tutto il necessario. Balconcino con tavolino e due sedie e un piccolo stendino molto comodo, camera ristrutturata, condizionatore funzionante. Una nota di merito va alla pulizia della camera, anche durante il nostro soggiorno stanza rassettata pulita e cambio asciugamani. La signora che si occupa delle pulizie molto disponibile e gentile. Posizione centrale, con possibilità di parcheggiare in zona. Supermercati, bar e zone pedonali dove passeggiare tutto a portata di mano.

We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied overall. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning and tidying it every day. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

We especially appreciated that fresh espresso capsules were provided in the room every day—they were delicious and a lovely touch.

The only minor issue was that the water heater in the bathroom was leaking, which left some water on the bathroom floor. Apart from that, everything was great. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Jól felszerelt és jó elhelyezkedésű szállás. Segítőkész szállásadó, egyszerű ki- és bejelentkezés. A szoba tiszta volt, minden nap jöttek takarítani valamit.

Pulizia impeccabile effettuata anche durante il soggiorno.
Monolocale dotato di tutto quello che può servire.
Presenza di ascensore e all'ingresso eventuale biancheria di ricambio e ombrelloni x il mare.
Ambiente molto accogliente, curato nei minimi particolari.
Angolo caffè.
Letto confortevole.
Nessun problema con WiFi e acqua calda.
Posizione vicino al centro, alla stazione e al supermercato.
Consiglio vivamente

Cons:

Direi nulla. L'unica nota riguarda l'aria condizionata che fa rumore e perde acqua ma, se usata come deumidificatore non riscontra problemi e la temperatura è confortevole.
L'host non risponde ai messaggi ma al telefono è stato sempre raggiungibile

Que la reserva por booking fue y antes de llegar al destino nos mandaron para el check-in y lo hicimos , llegar y sorpresa no nos contestaron para ayudar a ver dónde había un parking, y la sorpresa fue llegar a la habitación después de dos horas dando vueltas para intentar aparcar y nos han dejado una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado , llamamos y nos dijeron que si queríamos que nos quejáramos en booking eso fue todo , 2 dias y no vimos a nadie
