un error que no se comete 2 veces NO RECOMENDABLE

un poco la vista, Pero no vale lo que se pagó por lo que ofrecen. Nunca indicaron que era una habitación del restaurante.

es un dormitorio, en un restaurante, no es lo que ofrecieron, las paredes del dormitorio pegadas a la cocina del restaurante / olor a comida y el ruido propio de una cocina y la recepción del restaurante en la puerta de la habitacion/ Increible el valor que pagamos por el lugar que ofrecen. Ni decir que no tenían los elementos que mencionaron en la reserva

Magical stay in this oasis of a hotel in the dreamiest part of Sorrento.
Pros:

Relais del Mare is in a magical location in Marina Grande! Incredible views from the restaurant and your balcony - definitely make sure you get a room with a balcony! The staff are all so warm, welcoming, personable and thoughtful, most especially Imma, who is an absolute gem of a person. Giuseppe, the manager, and Salvatore, the bartender, plus Marco, Elvira and Connie, are all super lovely as well! You will adore meeting everyone and staying in this oasis of a hotel in the dreamiest part of Sorrento: Marina Grande.

Noisy in the morning as the lady came in to get the place ready. The reception desk is right next to the bedroom door so hard to sleep.

Un emplacement agréable sur le petit port et pas si loin à pied du centre ,
Une décoration appréciable de la chambre ,un petit déjeuner agréable

Cons:

Une vue sur la mer très étriquée car la chambre est contre la falaise et c’est la vue que nous avons lorsque nous sommes sur le canapé ,canapé toutefois bien agréable ,
Par contre ce n est pas un hôtel mais une chambre au sein d un restaurant qui est fermé à cette saison ce qui du coup ne nous a pas dérangés ,

Buen alojamiento ubicado en un lugar muy pintoresco
Pros:

Tiene una linda vista a la Marina grande que es el puerto pesquero. La habitación es moderna y está totalmente renovada. El hotel está ubicado en un departamento de un edificio. El desayuno es personalizado y el personal es muy amable

Cons:

El estacionamiento es libre en la calle del puerto. Para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir dos largas rampas y con equipaje pesado se hace complicado. Además es en un primer piso por escalera sin ascensor

Pros:

Номер чистый, НО, это единственный номер в так называемом отеле, это не отель. Дружелюбная женщина приготовила на завтрак омлет.

Cons:

Нет парковки. Стремно. Не освещена улица и не освещено ночью помещение, приходилось включать фонарь чтоб пройти по ступеням. Как в трущобе.
Выселение в 10:30 утра, это не удобно
В просьбе разрешить остаться +2 часа в комнате отказали (хотя я предлагала заплатить экстра)
Вынуждена была ждать 2 часа своего водителя на улице
Кроме того, транспортная компания позвонила им, спросила на месте ли я и как подъехать к отелю, сказали что я ушла и все, не сказали что я на улице жду авто.

La scarsa professionalità della gestore.
Camera con riscaldamento non funzionante.
Dopo diversi reclami,finalmente si è presentato il titolare adducendo di avere l'influenza.Peccato che nella videochiamata fumasse.senza alcun problema. Doo due ore che lo split era acceso, la camera era ancora fredda, al punto di avere le mani ed ipiedi intirizziti. Il gestore della struttura negaval'evidenza.sostenendo che usciva aria calda..Inoltre i caloriferi erano spenti, e d il bagno ovviamente gelato.Io e mmia moglie, reduci da una forte bronchite abbiamo ritenuto opportuno abbandonare la struttura, vista la totale mancanza di serietà.
Non ci è mai capitato, in molti anni di viaggi, una situazione di questo tipo.
Sconsiglio vivamente.

никогда не доверяйте «звездам» которые сами себе ставят хозяева отеля.

Очень чисто, номер новый, сантехника хорошая.

Cons:

Нет парковки своей, хотя заявлена. С чемодами пришлось тащиться по ступеням до отеля, и в самом отеле. 220 евро за ночь явно не го цена! Хостес никогда не сидит за стойкой, на ночь закрывают отель на ключ и дают его постояльцем. Больше похож на хороший хостел, а не отель.
