LA ATENCIÓN EN RECEPCIÓN VARIABA SEGÚN QUIÉN LA ATENDÍA. SÓLO UNA DE SUS RECEPCIONISTAS HABLABA ESPAÑOL Y SU ATENCIÓN FUE EXCELENTE. LAS DEMÁS, SI NOTABAN QUE TU INGLÉS NO ERA FLUIDO NO SE ESFORZABAN POR ENTENDERTE.
UN TELEVISOR DE 75 PULGADAS EN LA HABITACIÓN PARA TRES PERSONAS, SIN EMBARGO, NO CONTABA CON CANALES INTERNACIONALES, SÓLO LOS LOCALES.
FALTA DE BIDÉ.
LAVABO DE BAÑO MUY PEQUEÑO AL IGUAL QUE EL INODORO.
FALTA DE ZONAS PARA APOYAR MALETAS Y DE GUARDADO EN LA HABITACIÓN.

Menos mal que solo fue una noche
Pros:

Que está bastante céntrico

Cons:

La habitación no estaba muy limpia , mis sábanas tenían manchas que podían tirarlas sino se va la mancha y poner otra da muy mal imagen
Colchón muy blando y había mosquitos
Se ve poco cuidado
El desayuno muy pobre
No había casi nada y no reponían nada
Si se acababa las 3 magdalenas ya no había más muy curioso todo
Nunca me había encontrado un hotel de estas estrellas con tantos defectos

Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Rundherum Gaststätten/Bars, Museumsvuertel 10/15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur Straßenbahn 300 m. Lt. Google Maps fährt vor dem Hotel eine StraBa. Diese Linie fährt nicht mehr. Frühstück ok. Gab leider nur hartgekochte Eier. Wurstangebot einfältig, Käse, im Käseland, eher dürftig. Brötchen, Brot ok. Süß, Jogurt, Müsli, Obst, Pankookenautomat, Kaffeeautomat sehr gut. Kaffee/Tee, Wasser und Obst ganztätig zu genießen. Auch im Zimmer waren eine Nespressomaschine und ein Wasserkocher für Tee. Sauber ist es auch. Putzdienst auf Anforderung, finde ich persönlich gut.

Cons:

Die 4* sind auf keinen Fall international. Die Betten zu schmal (80cm?) und zu weich. Die beiden Betten konnten sowohl separat als auch als Ehebett gestellt werden. Im Bad fehlen Handtuchhalter. Nur 2 Stück an der Innenseite der Badtür. In unserem Bad müsste der Toilettendeckel ausgewechselt werden. Hat gewackelt, noch nicht sehr schlimm. Dusche, begehbar mit 2 Duschen: Regenwald und kleinerer, mobiler Dusche, sehr schön. Handtücher konnte man sich an der Rezeption nach Bedarf mitnehmen.

Ist okay - aber in meinen Augen kein 4-Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist ganz nett - gerade weit genug vom Zentrum weg, sodass es ruhig ist und gleichzeitig nahe am Wasser. Hier kann man gut spazieren und ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten doch wieder im Zentrum.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde wohl länger nicht mehr gründlich geputzt. Tote Insekten auf der Fensterbank, Spinnweben an der Decke und den Lüftungsgittern sowie überall eine dünne Staubschicht. Das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung aber für das, was geboten wird, schon relativ teuer.
