Buen hotel en Kandy
Pros:

La habitación era grande, espaciosa y cómoda. El diseño era bonito y el espacio estaba bien distribuido. Además, estaba muy limpia. El personal fue amable y atento.
El desayuno era bueno y el restaurante tenía una carta muy amplia.

Cons:

Se oía la música de recepción en la habitación, y entraba mucha luz por la mañana, afectando a nuestro descanso.
La ubicación es buena y está cerca de todo, pero se necesita tuk tuk o taxi para ir a otros puntos de la ciudad porque está en una colina y no es muy seguro andar por allí.

Merveilleux séjour à Kandy
Pros:

L'hôtel Serendib a compté parmi les plus mémorables de notre voyage au Sri Lanka. La chambre était magnifique, avec vue sur la piscine (voir photo) - piscine qui offre d'ailleurs un panorama splendide sur Kandy. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les cocktails et le dîner sur le rooftop.
Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec un grand choix de produits locaux de qualité, là encore avec une vue superbe. Le service était top, comme le reste.

Cons:

Notre seul regret : n'être resté qu'une nuit :)

Wonderful hotel with great service
Pros:

Front desk, check-in manager was fantastic, he was very warm friendly and informative and even upgraded our room
Views were magical from the room and restaurants
Room very nicely decorated
Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was fantastic, small area but delicious and varied food, I was extremely impressed which is surprising because food in sri lanka overall had been fantatsic

Cons:

Room had some insects in the bathroom and there was a lot of grime on items on side tables that I cleaned myself with a wet wipe
We were on the top floor just below the bar which was lovely but meant we had chair moving noises whilst the rooftop bar/restaurant was open

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber. Zimmerreinigung täglich. Toller Ausblick. Sehr gutes Essen am Buffet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Both time of stay got the room with the construction as the view. The view in the picture seems not for every room.

Fantastic luxurious hotel with amazing views and wonderful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, stunning views over Kandy & lake. Gorgeous rooms - absolutely huge (suite & family suite). Toiletries supplied along with bath robes / slippers etc. Nice infinity pool area - only small but perfect for a quick dip with food beds. Sky bar was great with fantastic cocktails. Lovely dining area with huge windows overlooking Kandy. Room service good. Good breakfast - again small but included everything you could want - pastries, fruit, eggs to order, local dishes. Staff outstanding.

Cons:

Very minor …. No decaf coffee.
