Izba bola priestranná, kupeľňa a terasa boli nádherné, útulné. Balijská masáž bola taktiež výborná. Jedlo nám veľmi chutilo, vrátane raňajok, drinkov, jedla z a la carte. Raňajky boli formou bufetu a mali veľmi široký výber.
Personál bol príliš nápomocný až to začalo byť trochu otravné.

We had the breakfast and dinner package - this is highly recommended - the dinner service was so value for money and the town centre of Kandy can be challenging so it was lovely to have such a high quality service and the food was incredible. the outlook is stunning and you can watch monkeys in the trees around. The cocktail bar upstairs has some of its own cocktails and they are the best ive had. This was one of our favourites stays in our travelling life. Its a short ride into town - maybe 2 minutes in tuk tuk.
It was all good but perhaps there could have been some luggage racks as we had our bags on the floor.

We had a wonderful time here. The views are absolutely stunning, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were excellent. We especially loved the rooftop restaurant and the team of chefs.
Joining the staff for the Christmas cake mixing was also a lovely experience and made our stay even more memorable.
The rooms are starting to feel a little old and worn and could benefit from refurbishment. There was also an unpleasant stale smell in our room during the rainy weather, which affected our comfort despite the room being cleaned.
As we visited during a very wet period, we were unable to fully enjoy some of the facilities, and there were occasions when there were a lot of insects. However, given the property's natural setting and the amount of rain, this is something guests should probably expect and prepare for.

3. Centrally located - close to tourist attractions
1. The images and price online made it look like a 5 star - but reality was maybe a 3-4 star hotel. Online images look heavily photoshopped now in hindsight
2. I booked a suite (which ideally means a room and a small sitting area/ room ) - it ended up being only a room and no sit out or extended sitting area space
3. I booked a room which said "free extra cot" for the kid while booking. Upon reaching I was told its USD 20 for the extra cot in the room
4. No parking space in front
5. price was extremely high for the quality and I think another hotel like a Radisson at less than half the price for those dates would've been better
Lovely property beautiful room either beautiful views every morning . Delicious sky bar for dinner and very nice and friendly staff. Lovely hoppers for breakfast.
Needs more selection of food in the morning

The rooms need better lighting
The standard room showers need a shower screen or curtain to stop the toilets from getting wet even showering
