Hotel bonito y amplio.
Pros:

El hotel consta de cabañitas y está al lado de un lago muy bonito. Las habitaciones son muy amplias.

Cons:

En el check in no nos explicaron nada, tuve que preguntar por el horario de desayuno, el lugar, si tenían spa ...etc
Solo estaba abierto el restaurante de bufet y había un barullo y ambiente de cahotico.

Hôtel très mignon en pleine ville
Pros:

La chambre est très jolie et tout est très propre !
Nourriture du restaurant parfait c’était délicieux autant le dîner que le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix !
Piscine très belle mais un peu froide…

Cons:

L’établissement n’est pas super bien placé par rapport aux choses à voir dans Kandy - 25min de Tuktuk,
Le personnel était gentil mais beaucoup moins attentionné que dans les autres hôtels où nous sommes allés, peu souriants.
On a trouvé l’établissement cher par rapport aux services proposés.

Magnifique hôtel !
Pros:

Magnifique établissement, décoré avec goût et confortable!
Le personnel est adorable, très attentionné et a l’écoute :)

La nourriture y est excellente !

Cons:

L’hôtel est proche d’une route assez passante qui s’entend malheureusement depuis l’hôtel.
C’est le seul petit point négatif que je pourrai trouver à ce lieu.

Malgré cela nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et le personnel a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour exceptionnel !

A haven in the city of Kandy ! Beautiful house from the early nineteenth century. You feel at home in a luxurious environment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food very good and varied. The room was clean and very pleasant ! We recommend you going there if you pass by Kandy !

Prachtig verblijf met uitstekende service
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig en de kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Het ontbijt en het diner waren beide van hoge kwaliteit en erg smaakvol. De service is uitzonderlijk goed. Het personeel doet echt alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Voor ons was dat even wennen en voelde het soms zelfs een beetje ongemakkelijk, maar dat is waarschijnlijk meer een kwestie van persoonlijke voorkeur.

Cons:

De ligging viel ons iets tegen. Omdat het hotel aan een drukke weg ligt, hoor je 's ochtends al vroeg verkeer en getoeter. Wij sliepen daarom met oordopjes in, wat voor ons wel nodig was.
