Worthy!
Pros:

Perfect location, room has good size and amenities are worthy. Food for breakfast is good and also location is super near of the city. Only 5 min by tuc-tuc.

Ci hanno fatto upgrade al Serene Kandy di fronte al Serene villa 38. Esperienza molto positiva. Personale splendido ed efficiente colazione ottima camera ampia e letto comodissimo. Fuori dalla confusione del centro. Consigliatissima qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Moquette un pò sporca e tende del letto macchiate. Ma niente di così rilevante.

A cool place for vacation.
Pros:

Welcome with smile from Shashikala and her accommodating for the room. Courtesies by all staff and good service.

Cons:

TV viewing height which was blocking by the bed frame from sitting at bed head!!!

Amazing value for a top quality place.
Pros:

Excellent place with a swimming pool across the road which was beautiful at sunset. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. The rooms and the living space we could use were absolutely stunning.

Très bel hôtel moderne et très bien pensé. Belle vue sur le lac. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Attention de ne pas faire payer la totalité du séjour lors du départ alors que vous avez réclamé une avance de 50% quelques semaines avant notre arrivée. Ce n'est pas terrible d'agir de cette façon! La carte du restaurant est à revoir. Le service au restaurant doit être plus rapide et essayez de servir tout le monde en même temps et non pas une assiette toutes les 10mn.

Hotel confortable mais un peu excentré !
Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et avons été bien accueillis. La chambre était propre, la literie confortable et la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner inclus était correct.

Cons:

En revanche, certains meubles mériteraient d’être rénovés, et l’hôtel étant un peu excentré, nous avons dû prendre un tuktuk pour nous déplacer.

Pros:

Estaba perfecto, la habitación enorme, una ducha perfecta, que después de varios días son una ducha sin presión, llegamos aquí y era maravillosa. Está cerca del centro, como a 5min en tuktuk. El desayuno es perfecto, mucha cantidad.
