Location is a 5 on 5. Room was okay, with an excellent view.
Pros:

The location and the rooms , economic but good quality, big , clean rooms with an excellent balcony facing the lake.

Cons:

Other than the rooms, infrastructure was moderate to good. There was no hair dryer in the room. Also before checking out they made us wait at the reception to check if the room was okay, and if everything is in place. That is not very nice and this was the first hotel in Sri Lanka where we experienced something like this. Were they expecting we will run away with their towels or furnitures???

Buen hotel céntrico
Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico, con vistas a un jardín, silencioso, con TV en la habitación, buenas camas, limpio, con un buen aire acondicionado, el desayuno fue estupendo ( aunque no estaba incluido en el precio). Tenia 3 opciones de desayuno, todos ellos muy variados.

Nobles Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Zentrales Hotel am Kandy Lake. Sehr nobel und hochwertig gestaltet. Frühstück reichhaltig und eine gute Auswahl. Gutes Zimmer mit allem was man für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp braucht.

Cons:

Das Personal hatte uns etwas komisch angeschaut, als wir mit unseren Backpacks eingecheckt hatten. Dadurch fühlte man sich nicht sehr gut empfangen.
Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße direkt am Kandy Lake, wodurch es lauter werden kann - die kleine Zufahrt zum Hotel ist sehr eng und steil, somit für Fahrer nur schwer zugänglich. Außerdem fehlte ein Föhn auf dem Zimmer, nach dem wir fragten. Dieser erhielten wir jedoch erst nach der zweiten Nachfrage.
Die Zimmertür schließte unten kaum ab, wodurch das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war und man alles auf dem Flur mitbekomme hatte.
