Pros:

It was an adorable, very clean room, in a great lovely location.

Cons:

Sadly, Delta airlines canceled my flight and I had to leave a day earlier.
I asked the Front Desk if I could possibly have a refund for the 2nd night as I had to get to the airport ASAP.
This was about 0930 am.
He advised contact Booking
Com, which I did.
Booking.com then advised me it was up to the hotel and they denied my request.
I understand it's up to the hotel, but, had hoped the Hotel could help.

Een aanrader om Zaandam eens te verkennen
Pros:

We zijn hier al vaker geweest omdat het zo goed bevalt in prijs/kwaliteit
De locatie, het mooie gebouw, verzorgde kamers.Leuk uitzicht.Vriendelijke ontvangst. De 2e dag kwam housekeeping vragen of we nog iets nodig hadden, heel attent.Het is op een leuk plein met verschillende eetgelegenheden, maar totaal geen last van lawaai op de kamer. Parkeergarage en winkels op loopafstand.Foto's zijn van naastgelegen Eve, waar het hotel mee verbonden is

Cons:

Dat we niet langer bleven, maar komen zeker terug.

Impossible to sleep
Pros:

- I guess the bed was decent… too bad we were not able to actually sleep in it.

Cons:

- Very absent staff at night, shared with the restaurant next door.
- Our room was faced towards a nightclub that would play deafening loud music without any kind of soundproofing to help us. It was impossible to sleep while we were there. That alone was a complete dealbreaker.
- Toilet is separate from the bathroom, meaning no sink next to the toilet.
- The breakfast was just some options from the restaurant next door.

locatie en ontvangst dame was wel aardig

Cons:

Koffie die je moest betalen uit de automaat was niet goed; zuur en melk was niet goed meer. Er was niemand aanwezig bij uitcheck en ook niet savonds. Heel onpersoonlijk. veel te zachte bedden helemaal niet fijn. Hele koude kamer. Geen handige doucheartikelen aanwezig. lekkende badkamer. Vieze badkamer vieze kamer

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung.
Pros:

Schöner Ort in Zaandam mit mehreren Attraktionen, die kleine Stadt bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel befindet sich über/zwischen einer Cocktailbar. Gute Anbindungen nach Amsterdam. Wenn man also was ruhigeres Sucht und nicht mitten in Amsterdam sein möchte ist Zaandam perfekt. Mit der Bahn brauchten wir ca. 15 min zum HBF Amsterdam.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist a la carte, was auch sehr angenhem war. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war modern und mit 2 Etagen ausgestattet

Cons:

Leider hörte man die Musik von der Bar am Wochenende, für Familien nicht so geeignet. Keine Ablagen für Kosmetikbedarf und der Spiegel am Waschbecken war sehr dunkel.

Pros:

The room was really nice

Cons:

At 6 AM I was showering and a random person also staying at the hotel (or more likely someone from the staff), randomly entered the room and knocked on the shower door. Then he said "they might have given him the wrong room" and left instantly although I asked him to stay because I was confused and scared of this random person coming to my room. He left and never came back

Pros:

O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Estávamos em um quarto Familia para 4 adultos. O box do chuveiro estava com problemas no ralo. A casa banho, o box alagava e molhava o quarto. Foi relatado para a recepção, mas nada foi feito.

Sem limpeza dos quartos. Apenas troca de toalhas
