Pros:

De locatie is top. Hartje Zaandam, karakteristiek pand.

Cons:

De manager begreep het niet helemaal, wantrouwend en is 4 keer aan de deur geweest om een rekening te innen of om ons te wijzen op uitchecktijden die wij verruimd hadden.

2 dagen en 3 nachten waren vermoeiendervoor mij en mn kids dan dat het relaxed moest zijn.

Das Frühstück war toll und ausreichend. Die Lage und Anbindung an Amsterdam Central gut. Das Personal im Hotel war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. Es lag Müll von vorherigen Gästen in den Ecken. Kein Wasser in der Minibar. Ich hatte nach einem Bügeleisen gefragt weil wir zu einer Messe mussten . Es wurde zugesagt am Abend zuvor aber nicht bereitgestellt und es war kein Ansprechpartner am Morgen da. Das Houskeeping hat zwar die Betten gemacht aber die Sanitäranlagen nur oberflächlich gereinigt. An einem Tag kam das Houskeeping gar nicht. Mussten dann selbstständig WC Papier einkaufen. Das Personal beim Frühstück hatte wenig Lust uns freundlich zu bedienen.

Discaughsting,poor, rude just a bad hotel
Pros:

It was dirty and also so much rude staff,they had no respect for elders,nobody should come to this hotel it is a disgraceful hotel .A black manager was so rude to us and refused to give us our food

Everything ,such a poor property and so rude staff o didn’t feel welcome,they made me feel like a slave and there floors are so dirty
