It was a pure disappointment, for the money they charge you can get top 4 stars hotel in Amsterdam. the place is very old and room are very shady and as people cooking the hallways stinks. the bed sheets we found hair and in general very bad experience. The photos also much better than the location itself and the neighbourhood is not the one you want to spend your time in Amsterdam. All in all, if you are willing to pay that much money you can easily find pet friendly top 4 stars hotels in Amsterdam Zuid even closer to city centre and much safer and cleaner neighbourhood

Unkompliziert, alles war vorhanden. Super Gym Option (gratis) mit Sauna. Toller Rooftop mit Pool, Sauna und Yoga. Spätes checkout möglich (bei uns war’s gratis :))

Cons:

Keine Nespresso-, aber dafür Filterkaffee-Maschine. Sehr kleines Zimmer aber toll eingerichtet. Nur die grösseren Zimmer haben einen Geschirrspüler.

Sköna sängar, fin och fräsch lägenhet. Bra utrustat kök så kunde laga frukost hemma. 10 min promenad till tunnelbanan till centrala Amsterdam.

Good apartment with a parking garage at a locality away from the hustle and bustle of the city
Pros:

This was my second stay in a year. The bedroom, kitchen equipment etc is well equipped. The parking garage is also very convenient.

Cons:

We stayed at this property previously in September 2025, when the air conditioning was not particularly important due to the cooler weather. During our recent stay in July, however, the air conditioning proved to be a challenge. The unit is located mainly in the kitchen/living area, and the cooling effect in the bedroom was insufficient. As a result, we experienced several nights of disturbed sleep.
A second point concerns the arrival and parking process. During our first stay, I was provided with the garage access code before checking in, allowing me to park the car and then proceed to reception for document verification. On this occasion, I was initially informed that document verification had to be completed before access to the garage would be granted. While I understand that procedures may change, this approach was somewhat inconvenient after arriving from a 12-hour road journey. After some discussion, the access code was eventually provided in advance.
In addition, on the night before departure, no parking space was available. The reception was informed immediately. Consequently, I had to leave my vehicle parked in one corner of the garage.
Overall, I believe Bob W could improve the guest experience by reviewing two areas in particular: the effectiveness of the air-conditioning system, especially in the bedroom area, and the process for granting access to the underground parking garage while still maintaining appropriate controls against unauthorized entry.
