Pros:

The facilities and amenities in the rooms were fantastic. Loved all the added touches.

Cons:

The parking and reception was hard to find. I was informed that there was no reception prior to booking, meanwhile there was. It created quite an inconvenience. The hallways, stairs, lift and laundry room was rather revolting, needs more cleaning attention. For the breakfast, only received €14,50 discount at the the restaurant outside. This was not enough to cover a breakfast and a drink. One still had to pay in.

Pros:

Modern and clean

Cons:

App to buy lobby snacks? App to access pool/sauna? App for bike rental? WHY?! Its so much extra effort. The location was not walkable to anything useful (groceries, alcohol, convienence store) had to take a 25min bus to get to Amsterdam Central, flat out misrepresentation.

Cons:

We were not given the apartment we booked. The microwave was not working and had to be replaced. The lighting was dismal and we had to request a lamp so we could read in the evening. A long way from the airport .

Great start to our holiday
Pros:

Cooking facilities in the room, and the laundry room were very helpful for us as we had some food restrictions. Within walking distance of a supermarket and the STRAAT Museum. Quiet and and not in the "tourist" district which is what we were looking forward. Nearby bus got you straight into the city. A shortist walk and you could access the ferries across to Amsterdam Centraal

Pros:

Great staff and facilities. A big Albert Heijn supermarket at the NDSM wharf where you can catch a free ferry to Amsterdam Centraal station. Also near the STRAAT street art museum

Cons:

The walk to the NDSM wharf and back is about 15 minutes, and the walk to the Buiterslog wharf is more like 20 mins. I recommend hiring a bike as the time then becomes only a few minutes.
