Podría ser mejor si cambien la decoración del los habitaciones, y que traten mejor a los clientes

No me gusto nada , era agobiante , lo único bueno que tenía es la ubicación y las vistas que tenía , y sí que estaba limpio

Meget dårlig seng , man skal altid skubbe dem sammen 😏 i stedet man får en enkel double seng man får bare to senge som slår sammen , og så der meget støvet i alt sengetøj man kan se støv over alt

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sicherlich der größte Pluspunkt. Für Kongressteilnehmende ist es ideal, da es direkt neben dem Kongresszentrum liegt.

Cons:

Leider war mein Aufenthalt ansonsten enttäuschend. Die Matratze hat sich während der Nacht ständig verschoben, sodass ich mehrfach das Gefühl hatte, beinahe aus dem Bett zu fallen. Der Nachttisch war beschädigt und wirkte instabil, als würde er jederzeit auseinanderfallen.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war die Temperatur im Zimmer. Die Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wie erwartet. Aufgrund der zentralen Steuerung konnte die Temperatur nicht individuell angepasst werden, wodurch es im Zimmer dauerhaft kühl war und ich gefroren habe.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr minimalistisch. Es gab Handtücher, einen Föhn sowie einen Wasserkocher mit Tee- und Kaffeeangebot – mehr jedoch nicht. Angesichts des Preises von rund 930 € für drei Nächte inklusive Frühstück empfinde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als unzureichend.

Auch der Service hat mich nicht überzeugt. Das Personal wirkte eher distanziert und wenig freundlich. Im Restaurant musste ich mehrfach 10–15 Minuten warten, ohne beachtet zu werden. Selbst für die Lunchkarte musste ich aktiv nachfragen. Generell hatte ich den Eindruck, dass Serviceleistungen nur auf Nachfrage erbracht wurden.

Leider konnte auch das Essen nicht überzeugen und entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen.

Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nur aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage empfehlen. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Komfort, Service und Qualität erwartet.

Was ok for my needs but not for a holiday. I missed my daily bath!
Pros:

The hotel was adjacent to the conference centre where I was working that is why I booked it. But it is expensive. The breakfast was fine spartbthe the coffe that was brutally strong!

Cons:

There was no bottled water in the bedroom that I thought was miserable at the price. And the bottom sheet didn’t even fit over the mattress on the bed. Very thin walls one could hear what was going on in the next room.
