Locatie is goed. Kamers zijn netjes en schoon
Zeer geriefelijke en ruime kamer, nabij centrum van Leiden.
De keycard werkte niet toen ik even in mijn badjas naar buiten de kamer ging om een kop koffie te halen van de automaat in de lobby.
Dit schijnt een bekend issue te zijn. Het hotel heeft hiervoor een noodoplossing in het leven geroepen, nl. het bedienen van de deur via een app op de mobiel. Moet je alleen je mobiel niet op je kamer hebben laten liggen…
Gelukkig was er ook een noodnummer om te bellen. Moet je alleen niet je mobiel op de kamer laten liggen…
Gelukkig was een andere hotelgast zo vriendelijk om me zijn mobiel te lenen. Toen was het snel opgelost. Ik kon m’n kamer weer in om te genieten van een heerlijke late latte
Gorgeous building and rooms at a great location
Could have scored a perfect score, wasn’t it for the fact that - as many hotels do unfortunately- charge a silly amount of money for a very limited breakfast. Instantly made us feel like cash cows. Shame really, such a nice hotel.
Et flott, idyllisk hotell med et fantastisk personale. Romslige rom, gode senger og stille om natten. Virkelig å anbefale.
Leiden er lille Amsterdam, med en utrolig god atmosfære.
De locatie was top!
Onze kamer bevond zich op gelijkvloers waardoor we super veel lawaai hadden en niet konden uitslapen. Ook wel vreemd dat de receptioniste geen Nederlands kon.
Hotel ligt rustig en toch centraal. Heel fijn bed (Auping) met heerlijke kussens. Keukentje ideaal, zodat we zelf (vegan) ontbijt konden maken. Vriendelijk en attent personeel.
Geparkeerd in nabijgelegen garage, dat bleek toch beste optie (die bij het station lijkt op Google gratis, maar is voor een dagkaart net zo duur).
Prijskwaliteit verhouding lijkt niet helemaal in verhouding; het is een fijn hotel op een goede locatie, maar voor de prijs had ik toch iets meer verwacht.
Dank der extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin konnten wir beim einchecken kostenlos ein anderes, adäquates Zimmer bekommen, um zumindest bequem am Tisch frühstücken zu können.
Ansonsten sind die Lage und das Zimmer top!
Allerdings war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim extra zubuchbaren Frühstück (ca. 20 €) unterirdisch.
Es gibt überhaupt keinen Frühstücksraum. Man muss alle Dinge selber aufs Zimmer schleppen, in einem Hotel ohne Fahrstuhl kann das auch schon mal die 2. Etage sein!
Brötchen gab es gar nicht, Croissants waren abgezählt und nach unserer Einschätzung wurde auch bei den einfachen Wurst- uns Käsescheiben absolut nichts automatisch nachgelegt!
Unser original Zimmer über Booking.com hatte gar keinen Tisch gehabt, um zu zweit bequem frühstücken zu können (merkten wir an und bekamen kostenlos ein - teures! - Zimmer)
Fazit: bucht bloß kein Frühstück und sucht euch im Ort was Vernünftiges!
Hotel was perfect. The room was lovely and had a nice view out onto the canal. The free wine was a nice touch. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will return here again. It was exactly as we had hoped and the air conditioning was a great relief in the heatwave!

Prima centraal, mooie verzorgde kamers. Zeer aardige desk medewerkster (Engels sprekend). Goede en snelle beantwoording van onze vragen
Misschien hadden we het beter moeten lezen; geen centrale plek voor het ontbijt maar op de kamer. Misschien niet erg als je alleen of met zn tweeen bent maar minder prettig als je met meer personen bent

More towels in the bathroom, please. I small bath towel and 2 very small hand towels is not enough.
