Wer schlafen will, meidet dieses Hotel!

Die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Es war laut!!! Ab morgens um 4:00 Uhr ging der Betrieb des Hotels los…dann ist an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Der Speisenaufzug zur Dachterrasse macht einen Höllenlärm, das arbeitende Personal ist auch nicht leise. Hinzu kam eine Baustelle (das Restaurant wurde renoviert), auch dort fing man um 4:00 Uhr an.

Für den Lärm aus der Fußgängerzone kann das Hotel nichts…er stört aber trotzdem. Feiernde bis spät nachts, im Anschluss daran der Lärm des Hotels.

Tuvieron la viveza de cargar a mi tarjeta la reserva pese a que me enviaron un mensaje disculpandose que no podian alojarme por filtraciones de agua en sus instalaciones. Les comente que ya encontre otra opcion y que me devuelvan el cargo, a lo que inicialmente se negaron por politicas de booking de cancelacion. Le comente que la cacelacion fue de parte de ellos y que no aplicaba la politica en este caso. al final con tanta exigencia devolvieron el cargo.

La ubicación en Miraflores es excelente! Y para mí, fue excelente que era posible cuadrar mi carro de alquiler al lado del hotel. La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. Además, el personal era agradable y servicial. Muchas gracias!

A localização central, o atendimento dos funcionários foram ótimos.
O café da manhã estava bom, e os funcionários atenciosos.
As comodidades estavam limpas e confortáveis, porém algumas tinham falta de ventilação natural.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema com a reserva que acabou causando um transtorno durante nossa hospedagem, tendo que trocar de quarto duas vezes, o que para meus pais foi um pouco estressante pois já são de idade.
O quarto que escolhemos a partir das fotos do booking não correspondia ao quarto que foi destinado a nós na chegada.

Excelente atención
Pros:

La amabilidad de los chicos en general especialmente Rafael, uno de los chicos que atiende en el desayuno fue increíble su servicio y amabilidad, dispuesto a ayudar. Las camas muy cómodas. Muy buena ubicación, posible llegar caminando a varios lugares interesantes an Miraflores.

Muy buena ubicación.

La ubicación y la atenciòn del personal

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y la escaleras son estrechas.
En el tercer piso, en donde estaba mi habitaciòn, a ciertas horas era muy ruidoso, mala aislación acústica.

El mejor servicio al cliente.
Pros:

El servicio, la señorita de la recepción me ayudó muchísimo, fue sumame te amable conmigo, considerando que yo había colocado mal la fecha de ingreso y me ayudó a colocarme. Un servicio increíble. Estoy sumamente agradecida. Todo el personal es muy amable. Da gusto viajar así.
