Cons:

The stairs!!! The first room they gave us was in a basement with 150 stairs and no elevator to reach the street. On normal conditions, I do not have too many problems, but at 12,000 feet, it is quite a challenge.
The room windows are street level, and you get all the city noise, people drinking, dancing and fighting all at your window. It is very expensive for the size and uncomfortable. Be aware that the espresso coffee is an extra cost for breakfast.

Not recommended and definitely not value for money
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful

Cons:

We switched several times from room, because it wasn’t the room we booked/there was a hollow in the mattress/fold-out (!!) unstable bed/0 space to place your luggage. After that we got a good bed, space for 1 suitcase but during the night we found out that the window in the window in the room was just single glass and cars driving 24/7 really hard in the street next to it. We slept terrible 4 nights.

Increíble estadía
Pros:

Excelente servicio. Lo que mas me agradó fue la ubicación y la calidez de todo el personal. El restaurante es un lugar cómodo y la comida increíble. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme acá.

Todo lo que necesites a 5 minutos del alojamiento
Pros:

Increíble ubicación, está muy cerca a la plaza de armas, leí bastantes comentarios respecto al ruido pero considero que todo el centro de Cusco es ruidoso justamente por la locación; sin embargo el servicio, las instalaciones y lo que ofrecen opaca la bulla. Recomiendo el restaurante que tienen, probé una pizza deliciosa.

Excelencia y comodidad.
Pros:

En el hotel se junta el misticismo del Cuzco con la comodidad de un hotel lifestyle. El personal muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y recomendarnos los mejores lugares para visitar y comer. La ubicación del hotel es excepcional.

Nada en realidad. Todo estuvo muy bien!!!

Muy buena experiencia en Cusco
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue lo cómodo y relajante que se siente el hotel. La atención fue demasiado buena, todos súper amables y atentos en todo momento. Además la ubicación es céntrica y todo me quedó súper cerca para poder recorrer Cusco.

Convenient short walk from Plaza de Armas, the best staff, could have been warmer.
Pros:

Loved the location, the really friendly staff modern clean room in an historic building.

Cons:

The noise from the street - should have installed double glazing when doing renovation. The public rooms were COLD! Doors open, fake gas fire in reception “not working” had to wear coats in breakfast room.

El hotel estaba muy bien posicionado. Tenia la plaza de armas a 3-4 min caminando y el staff siempre a disposición y muy amable. El hotel limpio, ordenado, y se sentía como en casa. Todo el mundo muy amable, y si algún día vuelvo, no dudare en volver a quedarme aquí.
