Great location, strange property.
Pros:

Obviously the location is perfect. And the staff for the most part tried hard.

Cons:

My thought that anything with the name Hilton would be a bit better. Rooms with a street window can be incredibly noisy.
Conversely my first night as requested was an interior room which was dark and gloomy with a view of a wall. Graciously they changed for the next two nights which was an improvement.

Bonito y buena ubicación.
Pros:

Desde que llegamos todas las personas que trabajaban en el hotel fueron muy amables y atentos. El desayuno y el restaurante en general son muy buenos. Además, esta muy bien ubicado y puedes llegar caminando en poco tiempo a la Plaza Mayor de Cusco y a muchos restaurantes.

Cons:

Todo me gusto.

Muy buen hotel por la ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación , cerca a todo en el centro, la habitación es pequeña pero limpia y buenas almohadas y colchón, realmente se puede descansar.

Cons:

El ascensor no llega a todo los piso y toca bajar con maletas pesadas

El hotel está bien ubicado, muy central cerca a restaurantes, tiendas, cerca de la plaza de armas.
Debido a su ubicación puede ser bullicioso.
Yo pedi que me cambiaran de habitación debido al ruido. Tania y su compañera fueron muy amables y me dieron una nueva habitación a donde pude dormir sin ruido alguno. Ellas son muy colaboradoras y amables.

Mucho ruido de la calle se escucha en la habitación

Zentrales Hotel mit nettem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind im 2. Stock direkt zur Straße raus, sodass bei geöffnetem Laden jeder direkt aus Bett schauen kann. Wir hatten deshalb die meiste Zeit kein Tageslicht im Zimmer. Da man aber sowieso die meiste Zeit unterwegs war, hat es nicht so sehr gestört. Für nachts würde ich Ohrenstöpsel empfehlen.

Pros:

Lo que más me encanta es la ubicación, súper céntrica! He leído comentarios sobre la bulla pero la verdad es súper entendible y el servicio es tan excelente que me hizo ignorar por completo la bulla de la calle. El desayuno buffet pequeño pero variado y te reciben con mate de coca a tu llegada 🤩

Conforto e localização. Tudo que vc precisa em Cusco.
Pros:

Funcionários extremamente solícitos, sorridentes e educados. Instalações novas e bem cuidadas. O chuveiro é especialmente delicioso após um dia de trilhas. Fica muito perto da Plaza de Armas, lojas e restaurantes.

Cons:

Fiquei no quarto 205 que possui a janela virada para a rua, que é muito barulhenta. Então senti falta de uma janela anti ruído durante a estadia. Pelo preço, também acho que o café da manhã deveria estar incluído.

Cons:

El uso de la calefaccion durante el dia esta restingida o limitada, las habitaciones no tienen roperos, son bastante pequeñas y se fue la luz 3 de los 4 dias que me.aloje, ( solamente en el hotel ) en general me parecio demaciado 250$ la noche por un hotel 3 estrellas , esperaba mas por esa tarifa, mas comodidad y sobre todo mucho mejor servicio.

Cons:

Once again we were given a room facing the street: too noisy, impossible to fall asleep. We had to ask to get a basement room which was much quieter.

Localização é excelente. Praticamente ao lado da Plaza de Armas e das melhores ruas de San Blas. Atendimento excelente por todos funcionários do hotel. Quando voltarmos seguramente ficaremos novamente no Motto by Hilton

Está céntrico

Cons:

Se escucha todo por las ventanas y puerta. Se escucha los carros pitando el claxon , la gente pasando y hablando. No descansas bien , nos levantábamos por la madrugada por este tipo de cosas.
