Excelente experiencia, volvería una y otra vez
Pros:

Es mi segunda vez hospedándome en este hotel y, sin duda, volvería nuevamente. La ubicación es excelente, muy conveniente para recorrer la zona. La atención del personal es impecable: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno también es muy bueno, con variedad y productos de buena calidad. En general, la experiencia ha sido nuevamente muy satisfactoria. Lo recomiendo totalmente para quienes busquen comodidad, buen servicio y una excelente ubicación.

No fue lo que esperabamos
Pros:

El personal siempre fue muy amable, es buena la ubicación.

Cons:

Nos acomodaron en habitaciones muy pequeñas, habiamos pagado por otro tipo de habitación.
Cuando hicimos el reclamo nos ofrecieron un upgrade de habitación y pisco sour de cortesía.
A las habitaciones que nos cambiaron eran un poco más grandes, pero las camas pequeñas, plaza y media y las ventanas no tenían nada de aislamiento, se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle.
El baño no cuenta con secador.
Nunca nos dieron el pisco sour de cortesía.

Péssima experiência em ótima localização

Quarto muito pequeno, sem armário para guardar roupas, as malas ficaram no chão para trocar de roupa era uma bagunça. Quarto frio, o aquecedor a óleo do hotel fica ligado das 7 da noite às 6 da manhã, parecendo um hostel. Café da manhã muito simples sem variedade. Se quiser um simples omelete, tem de para por fora. Na minha opinião, o nome Hilton não é justificado. Não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém.

la ubicación es excelente y las habitaciones son modernas y comodas el personal extramadamente amable y muy limpio en general un gran hotel

Cons:

faltaron servicios como box breakfast, especialmente considerando el perfil de cusco y los turistas. creo que el personal le falto ser un poco mas comunicativo

Cons:

The stairs!!! The first room they gave us was in a basement with 150 stairs and no elevator to reach the street. On normal conditions, I do not have too many problems, but at 12,000 feet, it is quite a challenge.
The room windows are street level, and you get all the city noise, people drinking, dancing and fighting all at your window. It is very expensive for the size and uncomfortable. Be aware that the espresso coffee is an extra cost for breakfast.

Not recommended and definitely not value for money

The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful

Cons:

We switched several times from room, because it wasn’t the room we booked/there was a hollow in the mattress/fold-out (!!) unstable bed/0 space to place your luggage. After that we got a good bed, space for 1 suitcase but during the night we found out that the window in the window in the room was just single glass and cars driving 24/7 really hard in the street next to it. We slept terrible 4 nights.

Increíble estadía
Pros:

Excelente servicio. Lo que mas me agradó fue la ubicación y la calidez de todo el personal. El restaurante es un lugar cómodo y la comida increíble. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme acá.

Todo lo que necesites a 5 minutos del alojamiento
Pros:

Increíble ubicación, está muy cerca a la plaza de armas, leí bastantes comentarios respecto al ruido pero considero que todo el centro de Cusco es ruidoso justamente por la locación; sin embargo el servicio, las instalaciones y lo que ofrecen opaca la bulla. Recomiendo el restaurante que tienen, probé una pizza deliciosa.

Excelencia y comodidad.
Pros:

En el hotel se junta el misticismo del Cuzco con la comodidad de un hotel lifestyle. El personal muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y recomendarnos los mejores lugares para visitar y comer. La ubicación del hotel es excepcional.
