Lovely stay.
Pros:

Perfectly located hotel for city centre. Rooms spacious and clean. All staff were extremely welcoming and the rooftop breakfast was an absolute treat, allowing views across the city and volcanoes beyond.

La ubicación, la arquitectura del hotel y las vistas

Cons:

Me tocó una habitación en donde me despertaron todos los días a las 5 AM porque arriba estaba el lugar de desayuno. Además el desayuno en teoría era a las 6 AM y empezó media hora tarde, dejandome muy poco tiempo antes de salir.

I really liked this hotel and the staff from the registration desk, to the hotel’s rooftop restaurant/bar and housek
Pros:

The location and views were great! We booked the maisonette/apartment and it was nice and roomy. The jacuzzi was definitely a plus!

Cons:

There was a disco tech down the street and you could hear the music from my room. I did have a white noise app on my phone that drowned out the music so I was able to fall asleep before the disco closed.

Espacios comunes preciosos, camas muy cómodas ,terraza con vistas.... Gran sitio
Pros:

Camas grandes y muy cómodas. Personal muy amable, nos cambiaron a cama grande en lugar de dos al ver que éramos pareja. El desayuno es variado y muy alta calidad, además, la terraza tiene muy buenas vistas.

Cons:

Todo perfecto. Quizá la habitación interior sea un poco pequeña, pero merece la pena igualmente.

el hotel esta cerca a la plaza de armas y tiene un rooftop , donde hay restaurante y se puede pasar un buen rato.

Cons:

La habitacion es pequeña , con relacion al precio y de otros hoteles que he visitado en Arequipa , deben mejorar el tema de las sabanas , se ven muy gastadas y las toallas le salian demasiadas pelusas , eso es muy incomodo, para el precio que cobran deberian tener mas cuidado con eso.

Pros:

O Hotel ARIQUEPAY foi um dos pontos altos de nossa viagem ao Peru. Depois de algumas decepções, ficar em um hotel que transmite aquela boa sensação ao entrar foi um alívio. O hotel tem uma das melhores localizações de Arequipa: fica no coração do centro histórico, a uma curta distância dos principais pontos turísticos. O quarto em que ficamos tinha bom tamanho, era super limpo e super confortável. O café da manhã e o restaurante ficam no rooftop do hotel e a vista é simplesmente fantástica! Vale a pena tirar um tempo para ficar no hotel e aproveitar o restaurante e as vistas do rooftop! Todas as refeições que fizemos lá foram ótimas, inclusive o café da manhã. Ao sairmos, fomos até brindados com uma pequena despedida feita pela equipe do café da manhã - foi uma das melhores experiências que tivemos, sem dúvida! Se algum dia voltarmos para Arequipa, eu não procuraria outro hotel!

Muy confortable y buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Desayuno muy agradable en la terraza. Se ve la parte trasera de la catedral (aunque del cuarto la vista es un poco afectada por una cochera). Tiene las comodidades de un hotel de esta categoria, la cama muy confortable.

Great stay close to main square
Pros:

Beautiful hotel right next to the square (5min walk). Lots of restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Most rooms have windows in the inner court of the hotel and not outside. But it's hard to get privacy that way and fresh air.
Breakfast was great but eggs were always cold. Staff only let us know the last day they could make us omelets. Nothing major concerning because we would stay here again.
