Las vistas desde la terraza

Cons:

El baño pequeñísimo y un poco incómodo. No tiene relación con el tamaño de la habitación que era inmensa.

Nice view and location
Pros:

Good location, nice rooftop restaurant, nice rooms, helpful team at the front desk. Breakfast - food was good with diversity freshness and a good coffee.

Cons:

There were electricity issues the elevator wasn’t working the breakfast area was very warm

Super centrico, bonito y cuidado
Pros:

Todo bien, céntrico y personal encantador. Al estar tan cerca de la plaza d armas, si t toca sabado noche vives la fiesta aunque quieras dormir. Por lo demas, camas enormes y cómodas, varias almohadas a elegir y habitaciones grandes. El hotel en general es muy bonito y está cuidado.

Cons:

El sabado noche nos toco un concierto justo en la planta de arriba q era ya la terraza. Se escuchaba todo como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación. Con los horarios q se manejan para los tour, acostarse pronto es fundamental. Esto resultó un poco incomprensible. No entiendo muy bien como puede pasar esto en un hotel con los huéspedes intentando dormir.

Very nice hotel located close to Plaza de Armas with a super rooftop view.
Pros:

Great location, nice rooftop bar and restaurant, good breakfast. I appreciated the breakfast to go when we had a full day excursion and early departure.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Perfectly located hotel for city centre. Rooms spacious and clean. All staff were extremely welcoming and the rooftop breakfast was an absolute treat, allowing views across the city and volcanoes beyond.

Cons:

Me tocó una habitación en donde me despertaron todos los días a las 5 AM porque arriba estaba el lugar de desayuno. Además el desayuno en teoría era a las 6 AM y empezó media hora tarde, dejandome muy poco tiempo antes de salir.

I really liked this hotel and the staff from the registration desk, to the hotel’s rooftop restaurant/bar and housek
Pros:

The location and views were great! We booked the maisonette/apartment and it was nice and roomy. The jacuzzi was definitely a plus!

Cons:

There was a disco tech down the street and you could hear the music from my room. I did have a white noise app on my phone that drowned out the music so I was able to fall asleep before the disco closed.
