Cama blanda. WiFi regular interuptores regulares que conectan mal los enchufes, poca privacidad por el ruido de habitaciones contiguas el suelo de la ducha es muy resbaladizo y no hay agua caliente en los lavabos
La limpieza destaca y el servicio prestado en conserjería por todo el personal es impecable
No hay agua caliente en los lavabos de las habitaciones, en ninguna del hotel, entonces te tienes que afeitar con agua fría. El suelo de la ducha es muy resbaladizo. Cama blanda, a mí personalmente no me gustan los colchones blandos, Enchufes para interruptores muy antiguos, así alguna lámpara de mesa de noche ni funcionaba. Mala protección de sonoridad en las habitaciones, se escucha todo de las habitaciones contiguas, falta de privacidad. Hicieron una grabación a la hora del desayuno y el cámara y una señora del hotel sin guantes ni otro tipo de protección corporal tocaban y movían las cosas del buffet, a lo cual puse una reclamación en recepción. Habitaciones en general son oscuras.

Las habitaciones se ven bien. Las camas son super cómodas. Tiene una excelente ubicación.
Las paredes no son de concreto, por lo que tanto en el primer piso como en el segundo, se filtran ruidos demasiado molestos. No solo se escucha a los demás huéspedes sino que también al personal del hotel trabajando durante la madrugada. Hice una queja por los ruidos durante toda la madrugada de mi primera noche y no resolvieron adecuadamente mi reclamo.
The room was very nice and the bed was big. The staff was super friendly and professional, also it’s definitely a boutique hotel which felt nice in such a big city.

Posizione scomoda, 1 h e mezza dall’aeroporto, nei dintorni non c’è niente e per andare in centro città ci vuole un ora… per un pit stop ok, per visitare la città no!

This place is a great location. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe, in the area. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, due to coming from Australia my Spanish was limited. I found the bed super comfortable and breakfast was good.
It’s been mentioned in many reviews the stairs to the room. Yes depending on where your room is, you may have many stairs to walk up. I personally didn’t find that a problem.
