Room was a little small but not a big issue

Clean and friendly staff
We were leaving early before 6 am. We were advised our packed lunch breakfast would be given in the morning. However, when I went to collect it wasn’t there. The security got my one to leave and I had to pay 70USD. For a transfer while uber was still 1000 KES!

The socket at the table next to the couch wasn’t able to fit my laptop charger. It’s a flaw in design.
Secondly, at night, after all the lights are switched off, there was light seeping in from the bottom of the main door. So that was a bit annoying.
The breakfast should include some South Indian food as well - like dosa, Vada sambhar
We spent my wife's birthday at the JW Marriott and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was stunning, breakfast was fantastic, and the spa facilities (steam & sauna) were top-notch. The complimentary birthday cake was the cherry on top. An outstanding modern hotel with breathtaking views over the city!
Staying on the 15th floor made the experience even more special, with spectacular panoramic views. The breakfast was exceptional, offering an incredible variety of fresh pastries, hot dishes, fruits, beverages, and many other delicious options. The heated swimming pool on the 5th floor was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Combined with stylish rooms and excellent service, this hotel is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers.
