Pros:

Exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire stay. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed and sound insulation. The views in the evening were also beautiful. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. The selection was extensive & everything was fresh.

Cons:

A few small things could make the experience feel even more complete at this price point. I would have appreciated a slightly warmer arrival experience such as a small welcome amenity in the room. A more detailed introduction to the property during check-in would also have been helpful, especially considering the number of restaurants and facilities available within the hotel. One thing worth noting is that physical copies of IDs/passports were required at check-in, which had not been communicated beforehand. Service at Hudson also felt slightly inconsistent during our visit. Some guests received accompanying bar snacks with their drinks while others did not, and the overall welcome there felt less warm compared to the experience in the rest of the hotel.
