Didn't work well and even after reporting to the customer service desk, it still wasn't resilvednjntil I left
Lots of options for breakfast, lovely staff. Room was spacious and well stocked. Really enjoyed the spa and pool.
The overall property was of high quality, the room was very nice, the breakfast buffet was great

I loved that they don’t rush you to check out- official checkout time is midday and they are considerate if you request for late check out
The JW Marriott Nairobi sets a high standard of quality. It is very modern, with first-class facilities and truly personalized service. The staff are incredibly kind, and I really enjoyed my stay
Exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire stay. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed and sound insulation. The views in the evening were also beautiful. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. The selection was extensive & everything was fresh.
A few small things could make the experience feel even more complete at this price point. I would have appreciated a slightly warmer arrival experience such as a small welcome amenity in the room. A more detailed introduction to the property during check-in would also have been helpful, especially considering the number of restaurants and facilities available within the hotel. One thing worth noting is that physical copies of IDs/passports were required at check-in, which had not been communicated beforehand. Service at Hudson also felt slightly inconsistent during our visit. Some guests received accompanying bar snacks with their drinks while others did not, and the overall welcome there felt less warm compared to the experience in the rest of the hotel.
Good: room, swimming pool size, breakfast, gym, sauna & steam room, confirmation for late check out (2pm)
Bad: swimming pool temperature (so hot - it impossible to swim, around 40C), room cleaning and mini bar - not replenished (5 nights with 1 piece of soap!! Cmon JWM!), front desk is asking for the key cards to return on checking out (and key cards are not even branded)
I like the location, and the comfortable rooms.
I was disappointed with the in-room dining, both the responsiveness and the quality of the food delivered. I also felt the dinner options for in-room dining were rather limited, and my first choice was not available on the day. It can take several attempts to get an answer on phone. The hotel was very busy but i still expected higher standard even at peak time.
