Not the hotel’s fault, but i could not sleep due to loud music coming from the nightclub located just besides the hotel

We arrived late, at 11 p.m. I'd warned them in advance that we'd be arriving late. I also knew we had a connecting flight and were checking in to get 4-5 hours of sleep. But upon arrival, we were asked to wait, meaning the room, which was supposed to be ready at 3 p.m., wasn't ready by 11 p.m. We were tired and didn't want to waste a minute because we needed to sleep, so we were forced to sit in the lobby and wait. Things got worse. There were a lot of sex workers on the first floor, even though the hotel is supposed to accommodate families. The toilet on the first floor was absolutely covered in shit. The key didn't work, and the only way to get into the room was with a receptionist. The air conditioning wouldn't turn off on its own and kept making noise all night. In short, it was a wonderful getaway between flights.
Very clean , great location, great food
They just took our bags and said they will bring them to the room which never happened , after about 15 minutes , we went downstairs to ask for our bags, bags were still at the security check point and they said they will take them to the room and still didn’t happen , so we had to take them by our selves.
The staff seemed to be too busy to attend to anyone
No welcome drink offered .
I reached for the drink jar , no glasses and the jar was empty .
