Service and people were amazing. Hotel infrastructure was amazing too.
We booked a room for four people and let them know in advance we were arriving late to the hotel. They arranged transportation for us and that was great, but the room had just one bed. We had to wait for them to bring in two more beds at 3:30am, that wasn't nice.

A very nice hotel with modern facilities.
The staff in the restaurant have not been trained regarding food intolerances - which is disappointing for an international airport hotel. For example there was no gluten free bread at lunch, with a difficult menu if you suffer from intolerances or allergies.
Hopefully the hotel can respond to this need and improve things for future guests.

Abbiamo preso una camera “familiare” perché eravamo in quattro. La camera aveva solo due queen beds e c’erano forniture di asciugamani, accappatoi e pantofole solo per due.

Nice family room. Great breakfast. Shuttle service from the airport.
We received an email three days before our stay, chasing us for payment (after we had already paid via booking.com). The email said:"reply before 5 or we will cancel your booking". I read the email at 5.30 and got really stressed. Booking.com was contacted and everything got sorted.
