Pros:

Pros:

Das Zimmer war absolut sauber, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Betten und der Zimmerservice. Darüber kann man für einen fairen Preis eine große Bandbreite an Gerichten (auch vegan) und Getränken bestellen. Frühstück war auch ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Transfer Hotel-Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert.

A good quality hotel, handy for airport. Very mixed quality of service, and overpriced
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Miriam and others at reception were very good to me the night I arrived, feeling very ill. She kindly arranged for me to speak to a local pharmacist and for the medication I needed to be delivered to my room.

The room and bathroom., and the other parts of the hotel I saw were beautifully clean - the cleanest I’d seen in any of the five hotels I stayed at during this trip to Kenya.

Tasty food ordered via room service. The chef seemed happy to adapt for my awkward dietary requirements- vegan and gluten free - and even phoned to check I was happy with it after it arrived.

The location was convenient for the airport.

Cons:

The evening pick-up from the SGR railway station was slow, with an unhelpful, rather rude driver, and an old, uncomfortable minibus. He didn’t arrive as arranged, and it took two phone calls for him to arrive. When he finally did, after I’d been waiting alone in the dark for 40 minutes, he gave no apology, and having taken me to the vehicle (not parked nearby), he immediately left to find another passenger , though he came back without them and we finally left.

The bed was hard and the floor of the shower was very smooth so that it was slippery.

I wish there was a phone by the bed. The phone was across the room.

It was expensive for that level of hotel, even allowing for the premium for the location close to the airport.

My room overlooked a busy dual carriageway road.

Great location, hit and miss with service delivery.
Pros:

The location to the airport.
The complimentary shuttle service.
Spacious rooms.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

The room confectionery and drinks are very expensive.
The gift shop does not price any of its items for sale, they work on a price depending on your nationality.
Staff need more training on the carbon footprint of the hotel and recycling. I stayed 2 nights, hung up my towel, placed the room slippers together on the cupboard ledge. My towel wass changed, and the room slippers replaced with another new pair.
If you have an early check out, make sure you leave enough time for them to check the room or theft and damage. You can add 10 to 20 minutes to your check out process.

Séjour parfait entre deux vols.
Pros:

L’accueil après un très long voyage et une attente interminable à l’aéroport JKIA lié à la nouvelle assurance santé en vigueur depuis peu de temps. Le personnel est très agréable et les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

Overall a good hotel.
Pros:

I had an opportunity to enjoy lunch and jot breakfast. The variety of food was great.

Cons:

Would highly recommend not limiting how much one can drink the fresh juices. In my case, you only get served a glass of fresh juice then any additional one you pay. It doesn’t make sense because already you are paying a prime fee for both room and buffet. Have traveled around the globe on business trips and vacations in my at least 25 years in high-end hotels like Argyle and never seen this act of service. Kindly the management needs to find a way to address this issue because it doesn’t make sense at all.

Good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport or train station
Pros:

Big bedroom, comfortable beds, good breakfast, location good if going to the airport or train station

Cons:

Only one bed was done for 2 adults and 1 kid and then staff had to come to set up an extra bed (which we had to tip). Breakfast was good but not a lot of options for lactose intolerants. Pool was very busy - apparently people from outside can use the pool and they had a birthday party there which brought too many people and noise.

Ho dovuto farmi cambiare la camera (come molti altri miei colleghi) perché quelle assegnate erano troppo rumorose perché molto vicine ad un locale notturno molto vicino con musica a palla tua la notte.

Sehr nettes Personal, waren nur eine Nacht vor der Abreise per Flugzeug dort - dafür war die Lage perfekt mit inkludiertem Flugzeugshuttle. Guter Roomservive. Strenge Sicherheitskontrollen. Konnten nach dem Check out noch das Gym und die Dusche nutzen.
