The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the communication from the staff prior to my arrival was good.
Pros:

My room was outstanding with excellent facilities and the customer service was outstanding. There was excellent transport links to the airport.

Отель находится близко от аэропорта, что удобно для стыковочных рейсов. Хорошие завтраки и ужины, есть кафе, бассейн. Стабильный интернет.

Cons:

В прачечной испортили вещи - залили отбеливателем. Не включили в стоимость номера стирку, но все же...
В день вылета мы попросили трансфер в аэропорт, который должен быть бесплатным. Таксист требовал с нас 5500 кенийских шиллингов (ок 45 долларов), когда мы приехали в аэропорт. С трудом сторговались до 10 долларов. Уточняйте про цену трансфера, нас пытались обмануть

A good place to stay - ideal if transiting through Nairobi airport
Pros:

A smart hotel with an effective shuttle connection to the Airport. The staff we interacted with were lovely - the front desks seemed to be a little undermanned - there was a significant queue on the three occasions I visited it.
The location was pretty good - but you are very much in a secure compound which made using non-hotel supplied transport awkward to access. Anything supplied through the hotel was significantly more expensive.

Cons:

The queue for the front desk was irritating. There was building work going on on one of the terraces when we were there and the noise meant that a lot of the shady seating was not pleasant. I think we were unlucky as the work didn't appear to be major so nothing to put you off staying at the hotel.

Pros:

Perfektes Hotel um den letzten Tag vor der Abreise zu geniessen. Gutes Restaurant, freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer. Auch der FlughafenShuttel war ein plus.

Cons:

Leider war es nachts vom Club neben an extrem laut und das bis 5 Uhr morgens. Konnten zum Glück das Zimmer auf die andere Seite des Hotels wechseln.
