I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, confortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The location was excellent and overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I loved the customer service, the staff are all amazing! Absolutely helpful and even upgraded me to a junior suite, so so nice of them. The room was beautiful and extremely clean, hot water in the shower even made it better. There was a swimming pool though I didn't swim but looked well maintained and cleaned. As a solo female traveller I also felt very safe. The location is very convenient for town related activities such as Lost beach, bar bar etc. Also looked very nice, and ambient at night. The hotel exceeded my expectations generally
The menu could be better. I did not see alot of options I could chose from in their Lobster house menu, especially sea food related. I have no issue with the breakfast that was amazing, but lunch and dinner menu options were not so good and lacked variety. This is my only downside, but easily fixable as there were many nearby spots
One of the best hotels in Malindi if you are looking for a relaxing stay or just to explore the location. Their breakfast is in À la carte and not buffet but it's 5 star quality better than most posh hotels in the area. The lobster restaurant has some of the tastiest meals even though the menu is a bit limited. Hotel staff were really friendly and catered to every request. Incase your bored the hotel has some nice board games you can try.The place has a relaxing atmosphere and a good place to "touch grass".

The breakfast was amazing, well served, very delicious and a wholesome breakfast that left us energized and refreshed the whole day.
Rooms were very clean and staff were super friendly.
They ensured our stay was very comfortable and went to the extent of giving each one of us a bouquet of flowers and a card on mothers day, we felt special😁 will definately come back
I thought it was too expensive; it should be in line with other hotels
1. The closed area should be retrofitted to accommodate guests during the rainy season

Tout était parfait ! J'ai été subjugué par la beauté et la décoration de l'hôtel. Il y a des shops dans l'hôtel et on peut donc faire du shopping. Le personnel est au petit soin et se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire. Les chambres sont nettoyées quotidiennement. Les plats sont excellents. L'hôtel est un lieu calme et apaisant. La ville est à 5/10 min en moto-bike et la plage 20 min.
Le wifi ramait un peu et parfois les délais de cuisine sont un peu long. Mais le désagrément est vraiment très minime.
