Nice Hotel but some amenities not working
Pros:

Alot of noise at night from the housekeeping room near the rooms and no hot water for the two days I stayed there.

Just Perfect.

Everything in the hotel was just perfect.
Starting from the front desk, house keeping, restaurant, service staff.
Including your front gate Security.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything exceeded my expectations.

A special thank you to Edwin and Alice for making my stay truly memorable. They were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail made me feel valued from check-in to check-out.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi. I will definitely be coming back!
