Excellent and the only place I want to stay when I visit Nairobi.
Pros:

Location was a short walk to my conference so that was ideal. The hotel is probably one of the best I have ever stayed in. They were accommodating with an early check in. Food (I tried breakfast and dinner) was delicious and reasonably priced. The gym facilities were excellent. Staff are kind and welcoming. Really enjoyed the complimentary fruit basket. The decor in the room was beautiful.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Sleep constantly interrupted
Pros:

Clean and modern rooms. Well equipped fitness center.

Cons:

Very small unheated pool.

Woken up three to five times each morning between 7 and 9 by staff wanting to clean the room, despite the “do not disturb” sign. I had hoped to sleep in due to noise from the street at night, so this was not ideal.

Staff were very warm and prompt in their response to any request which made my stay worth it.

A limited room service menu, lighting in the bedroom is limited, Creamers and tea bags given are very few. Rate may be more favourable for foreigners than East Africans.
