Amazing stay and incredible staff
Pros:

My stay at Pullman Nairobi was amazing. The staff were all very lovely and attentive from check in to check out.
Special thank you to the General Manager Ken, for being so accommodating. He made sure we were looked after properly and went above and beyond. We really appreciated it.
The hotel is also in a prime location. It was very close to everywhere we wanted to go, which made things super convenient.
Thank you again to Ken and the whole team for making our stay so memorable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Long waiting period during check out and I had a lot of problems in paying using mastercard because they did not have the right machine (and that is after I told them that)

Great weekend getaway

Excellent and the only place I want to stay when I visit Nairobi.
Pros:

Location was a short walk to my conference so that was ideal. The hotel is probably one of the best I have ever stayed in. They were accommodating with an early check in. Food (I tried breakfast and dinner) was delicious and reasonably priced. The gym facilities were excellent. Staff are kind and welcoming. Really enjoyed the complimentary fruit basket. The decor in the room was beautiful.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.
