Overall good value for money just need to be aware of the construction
Pros:

It was very comfortable close to the grocery store and lot of cafe’s in a almost residential area so nice and quiet during night . The staff was very polite, welcoming and did try to accommodate us in every regard. Room was very clean, beds comfortable.

Cons:

There are huge constructions around in the area so a lot of trams and buses are redirected which little bit annoyed me but it’s not the hotels fault.
Also very thin walls I recommend to buy ear plugs somebody next to us started moving the furniture round 7 am …

We won’t be back, it wasn’t worth the money
Pros:

The rooms were large, clean, efficient. Bed was comfortable and had two pillows.

Cons:

The location was awful. The whole property had the feel of a college dorm. The “shared kitchen” was completely uninviting. Breakfast was not in the hotel but down the street. If you leave early you don’t get to have breakfast. Luggage storage is provided but is on the second floor. As there is no permanent presence of employed personnel, there is no one to monitor who is coming and going. There was one barefoot Charles Manson type guy who was running around the kitchen when we arrived. We spent over €200 a night to stay here. It wasn’t even close to being worth it. The “do it yourself” concept sucks and I will never stay at a facility like this again.

J ai réservé deux chambres. Au vu du prix je m attendais à mieux en ce qui concerne la chambre réservée pour deux nuits. A ce prix je ne conçois pas une chambre sans fenêtre. (Velux de toit) si c était à refaire j aurais réserver ailleurs, j avais des autres propositions avec vue sur l extérieur

Steep stairway to carry luggage. Very minimal furniture in room with few comforts. Cost was too high for the property (we paid $260 USD for one night. Should have been close to $150 USD)

Hotel lindo, confortável e prático, com cozinha e uma ótima experiência!
Pros:

A estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa! O espaço é muito bonito, bem decorado e acolhedor, criando uma atmosfera agradável desde a chegada. Tudo é muito confortável, especialmente a cama, que garante ótimas noites de descanso.

Outro ponto positivo é que o hotel conta com cozinha, o que traz bastante praticidade para quem prefere preparar refeições durante a estadia.

No geral, uma experiência muito positiva, em um ambiente lindo, bem cuidado e confortável, que torna a estadia ainda mais especial.
