Important information:

* Payments:
- After acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 50% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Within 60 days before the event a second deposit of 25% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- If acceptance of the offer is within 60 days before the start of the event, we will require 1 deposit of 75% which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- After completion of the event, the remaining 25% of the accepted quotation plus additional consumption will be invoiced on a post-calculation basis. This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.

* Cancelation policy:
- Up to 60 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 60 to 30 days before the event, up to 25% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 29 to 8 days before the event, 90% of the reservation value will be invoiced.

* Other Meeting & Event Conditions:
- Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 30 days before the start of the event, a deviation of up to 20% will be accepted.
- From 29 days before the start, in case of a change in numbers, the full amount will be invoiced.
- Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to change.
- If allergies and/or dietary requirements are not communicated before the start of the event, there will be a surcharge of €7.50 for last-minute adjustments.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Fijn
Pros:

Zelfstandig alles kunnen doen, 2 soort van verdiepingen voelen luxe aan. Goede badkamer met een bad.

Cons:

Helaas niet echt uit het raam kunnen kijken (wat logisch is aangezien het voorheen ooit een klooster was)

Mooi hotel met heerlijk restaurant centraal gelegen in Valkenburg.
Pros:

Hotel in een historisch pand met een heerlijk restaurant (wel reserveren!).Prima ontbijt in het restaurant. Door het warme weer konden we buiten borrelen op het aangename terras. Centraal gelegen in Valkenburg, zeker de moeite waard.

Cons:

Electtronisch incheck proces was wat omslachtig.

Het is een prima hotel met aardig en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam.
We kregen regelmatig nieuwe handdoeken en het hotel zag er verzorgd uit.
We hebben alleen in het hotel geslapen en dat beviel prima.

Geen minpunten.

Fijn verblijf in comfortabele kamers.
Pros:

De ligging net buiten het centrum was fijn. Rustig maar toch op loopafstand van het centrum.

Cons:

De online incheck verliep niet soepel. Ondanks dat alles betaald en online geregeld was kwam er geen sleutel van de kamers.
Na bellen kon één en ander bij de bistro toch netjes geregeld worden. Een sleutelkaart bleek toch niet overbodig.

Voor het slapen was het goed.
Pros:

Mooie locatie. Bedden liggen heerlijk, mooie kamers.

Cons:

Geen receptie, onpersoonlijk , bij uitchecken niet gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Ongezelliger dan voorgaande jaren.

Een fijn verblijf in de paar dagen dat we er waren!
Pros:

Leuke ontvangst en aardig personeel.

Cons:

Dat we onze auto niet daar konden parkeren maar naar een dure parkeerplaats werden gestuurd. Na enig onderzoek door ons kan er ook bij P&R geparkeerd worden voor langere duur voor slechts € 7,00 per dag!
Dit zou een goede tip kunnen zijn voor nieuwe gasten.
