Le personnelle a essayé de nous faire payer un supplément pour une toute petite tache sur une serviette de bain. On a dû la laver nous même à la main afin de ne pas payer le supplément alors qu’un lavage à la machine aurait suffit !

Experiencia inolvidable.
Pros:

Recibimiento muy cordial del personal,habitaciones cómodas y cálidas. Sin ruidos molestos y a pasitos de la calle Balcarce (zona de peñas salteñas 🤣)

Ubicacion y amplitud.
Estuvimos una cabaña con 2 dormitorios muy amplios, las camas muy cómodas, limpieza 10 puntos, muy amable el personal!! Totalmente aconsejable!

Super, aber leider war es zu heiß
Pros:

Gute Lage, relativ ruhige Zimmer für Salta. Betten waren bequem. Es gab einen smart TV. Eigentlich alles super für den Preis, aber

Cons:

In meinem ersten Zimmer ließ sich die Heizung nicht abstellen. Es war so heiß, dass ich dann doch um ein neues Zimmer gebeten habe, da der Drehknopf Fehlte un die Heizung zu regulieren. Auch in diesem lief die Heizung auf volle Pulle aber es gab einen Drehknopf und die Mitarbeiterin hat die Heizung ausgedreht. Trotzdem hat sie weiter geheizt. Da es dann schon spät war und ich nicht nochmal nach einem anderen Zimmer fragen wollte habe ich mit offenen Fenster geschlafen. Das Hotel schreibt einiges zum ökologischen Bewusstsein, nicht regulierbaren Heizungen sollten daher dringend behoben werden. Es war auch draußen nicht so kalt, dass man dieses extreme heizen nachvollziehen hätte können. Ich gehe nicht davon aus, dass es ein dauerhaftes Problem im Hotel ist, daher würde ich es generell empfehlen. Für mich war die Nacht aber Horror, da die Hitze zu Kreislaufproblemen geführt hat. Wenn ihr hier übernachtet überprüft am besten direkt ob die Heizung an ist ;)

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, a un paso de todo. El desayuno también muy bueno y completo. Buenas relación calidad precio. El personal super amable y atento.

Cons:

Por las mañanas limpian muy temprano y esos ruidos se escuchan desde las habitaciones. Solo eso sería lo malo pero que tampoco es tan terrible.

No volvería.
Pros:

Me gustó que estaba limpio, que podes estacionar en la puerta. Tienen disponibilidad de un dispenser de agua caliente para el mate. Tiene un TV grande.

Cons:

Se escucha todo de una habitación a la otra, no hay privacidad. La habitación que nos tocó daba a la calle y por la ubicación que tiene (a dos cuadras de las peñas) se escuchó toda la noche: gente gritando, motos, autos con música a todo volumen.
En la habitación no había alfombra de baño, y la estufa que te dan tiene un cable corto que no puede enchufarse en ningún lado. El desayuno correcto, se podría agregar alguna fruta.

BUENA ESTADIA EN HOTEL DEL TREN
Pros:

todo perfecto, buen baño, buenas camas, buen horario de desayuno, buena ubicación, buena predisposición del personal, sin inconvenientes

Cons:

no cuenta con estacionamiento para vehículos, puede ser una limitante para algunos tipos de viajantes, y me costo conseguir estacionamiento cercanos
