La ubicacion del hotel y la amabilidad del personal, en particular Romeo por su muy buena recepcion. Es una muy excelente opcion para corta estadia en Buenos Aires-

Cons:

El servicio de la recepción, personal muy “frío”. Algunas veces se les saludaba y no había respuesta. Reporte un inconveniente con el baño y no fue reportado al equipo , ya que luego bajé y estaba otra persona en recepción h desconocía mi reporte

Pros:

The hotel location is very central to shops, restaurants and banks in a safe area.

Comfy beds and good showers

Cons:

The room is quite small, so large luggage storage needs some creative solutions.

The automated email system needs addressing as we got repeated emails telling us to pre-check-in on line (which we did), only to get a few more asking for the same thing, and then to be asked at reception to fill in the form again…..

No tiene desayuno, estaría bueno que tenga

Cons:

Los recepcionistas no te atienden de la mejor manera, no tienen la mejor onda.
La iluminación de las habitaciones podría mejorar, es un poco oscura pero el resto es muy cómoda la habitación en sí.
