Beds are very comfortable and location is very central
Pros:

During my stay I stayed in 2 different rooms.
First upstairs in a very spacious 2 bedroomed apartment. Only problem there were no curtains on the. living room window & so people in the building opposite could look straight in. The room could have done with some softening features like curtains!
My second night I was moved to Room 8 which had curtains but no fan in bathroom or space for a luggage rack.
Oh and by the way there is a very noisy bar next door.

Excellent location, nice facilities, quiet for the area it’s in.

Cons:

Lots of cooking smells wafting up from the laneway that seemed to trap into the room. Not unbearable, completely manageable,but quite noticeable if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing.

Fantastic stay in one of the best parts of Wellington
Pros:

Fantastic location, while remaining quiet for the area. Clean and comfortable, felt right at home. Especially appreciated the oversized couch and smart TV along with well-equipped kitchen.

Cons:

A bit noisy at times as can be expected for the area. Earplugs provided!
