Ich war alleine eine Nacht im Glanerhof und war absolut zufrieden.
Pros:

Top-Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Nützlicher, abschliessbarer Unterstand fürs Fahrrad. Sehr schmackhaftes Essen am Abend. Ausgiebiges, leckeres Frühstück.

Niets.

Cons:

De totale desinteresse en arrogantie van het personeel, vooral op de receptie. Ook het bedienend personeel liep rond met een arrogantie alsof ze het zelf allemaal hadden uitgevonden. Parkeren dient zelf uitgezocht te worden evenals de kosten daarvoor.

Nach einer anstrengenden Velotour die einzige Alternative in Glarus.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Glarus gegenüber des Stadtparks. Da wir mit dem Velo angereist sind, waren wir froh über den abschliessbaren Velounterstand mit Strom zum Laden unserer Akkus. Die Zimmer sind ganz in Ordnung, neu renoviert. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage, was bei diesen heissen Temperaturen begrüssenswert wäre.

Cons:

Es war tierisch heiss im Zimmer, gut wir waren auch an den heissesten Tagen unterwegs. Dadurch konnte man nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen mit der Lärmbelastung von der nahen Hauptstrasse und der Buvette im Stadtpark.
