Excelentes las instalaciones, la ubicación , el wifi y la comunicación con el anfitrión , solo para que tengan en cuenta algún rollo de cocina y algún condimento como sal, aceite y vinagre para salir del apuro al pedir algo de comer, el ingreso muy fácil y seguro, súper recomendable.volveremos pronto.

I booked this accommodation on the day of check-in, but due to a flight cancellation I was unable to arrive. I informed the hotel the very same day that I would not be arriving that day but one day later. This message was completely ignored. When I did check in there was a clear expectation created that I would receive a refund for the first night.

Over the past month, I have been trying to get a refund for the first night, but this has been an ongoing and frustrating process.

From the start, communication has been extremely poor. I sent multiple messages and repeatedly had to chase for responses, often waiting days or even weeks. I made my booking on March 5th and only received a meaningful reply on April 6th after continuous follow-ups. This level of delay is simply unacceptable.

Throughout the process, it became clear that resolving the situation was not a priority. Booking.com confirmed that a refund could be processed with the hotel’s cooperation, yet the hotel consistently failed to respond or take action. Instead, I received irrelevant or dismissive replies that did not address the actual issue.

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, long delays, and unwillingness to properly address the issue show a clear disregard for customer service.

I gave the hotel multiple opportunities over several weeks to resolve this, but unfortunately nothing was done. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
