Nos ofrecieron copas de vino de cortesía pero en la segunda noche había un evento privado en la bodega. Debería habernos informado.

Volvería con algunos pedidos mínimos para tener una estadía de 10 puntos
Pros:

Que se encuentra alejado del centro. (aunque eso limita la elección de alternativas gastronómicas)

Cons:

No poder regular la calefacción desde la habitación. En frente del hotel hay un boliche y durante su funcionamiento nocturno no permite un buen descanso por los ruidos, sobre todo en las habitaciones que se encuentran al frente del hotel.
Las almohadas no son de buena calidad, una lastima porque se nota que fueron adquirida hace poco tiempo.

Não é como parece nas fotos, mas é aceitável.
Pros:

Os funcionários do café da manhã foram simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

O hotel é bem mais simples e básico do que deixa parecer pelas fotos. A estrutura é muito antiga, o quarto sequer conta com sistema de ar condicionado, possui uma calefação super antiga que fica fazendo um terrível barulho de água a noite toda, chamei até funcionários para ver se era problema e disseram que é da calefação, um hotel de 4 estrelas nesse nível deveria se atualizar. O SPA é aberto a todo público incluindo fora do hotel o que o deixou muito cheio. O boxe do chuveiro era uma cortina de plástico (aceitável, mas não para um hotel de 4 estrelas). Havia obras por toda parte então a estrutura estava bastante confusa.

Cons:

No me gustó la atención, me pareció en todo momento rara.
No me gustó que tenga una pileta cubierta climatizada que solo se pueda usar para mayores de 16 años y te cobren $13 mil pesos por persona.
No me gustó que me hayan querido cobrar 292.000 pesos de más con un ticket de restaurante de una consumición que no era mía y no se hayan inmutado cuando dije que eso no consumí yo. Es más para que no me de cuenta, en ningún momento me daba el detalle y me ponía el posnet rápidamente para pagar. Como yo leí en Google que esto solían hacerlo, le saqué foto a mis consumiciones. Ojoooo controlen todo.
No me gustó que me querían dar otra habitación distinta a la que yo había pagado.
No me gustó que el primer día no tuve wifi y no me daban soluciones.
El hotel en líneas generales está muy caído.

Pros:

El servicio del restaurante. Las habitaciones y camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

El uso del SPA lo abone aparte, porque me dijeron que si alquilas la habitación por booking no incluye.
El servicio Spa era el Sauna húmedo, sauna Finlandes y pileta.
Eso no se abona a parte en ningun hotel, si porsupuesto los masajes o algun servicio.
No pareció correcto que booking no informe esa parte

Vistas, amabilidad y buenos vinos
Pros:

Linda vista, la amabilidad del personal y la bodega Antropo que es excelente. Un desayuno correcto.

Cons:

Estaba en refacciones por una conexión anti incendios y había mucha des prolijidad en el primer piso.
