Lovely staff and a comfortable stay
Pros:

The bedroom was a good size with a cute balcony and the staff were exceptional and kind. The food was tasty and worth the price as we had dinner there. I would recommend for a short stay.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t the best but I still think it was worth the price.

Not so bad
Pros:

Staff were respondent to my request. Had an early morning game drive and wanted takeaway breakfast.

Cons:

I felt they tried too much to be rustic. Didn't like the door to my room & bathroom-looked more like a fixing issue. The bathroom was too small. The shower head was big but water didn't flow from all the holes making it not enjoyable. No value for the cost.

It was a good stay
Pros:

-Breakfast was very good and
-The staff were very helpful and friendly.
- The mt Kenya View was great

Cons:

-The noise level on the 5th floor. From outside Especially if you are a light sleeper.
-The bathroom could have been better with a curtain or so.because the water splashes everywhere
