Agradable pero podría mejorar
Pros:

El desayuno bastante básico pero se compensa con la amabilidad del personal, muy agradables, educados y proactivos.

Cons:

El hotel está bastante deteriorado, me alojé hace varios años y estaba muy lindo, ahora se nota que todo está un poco abandonado y debería mejorar el mantenimiento. No es desagradable ni sucio, sólo que las fotos de booking no representan la realidad

Nunca nos recibieron. Cancelaron la estadía porque la recepción era hasta las 11. Veníamos en viaje y a las 2 am tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento

Realmente no hubo ningún contratiempo y eso se agradece. La ubicación, fácil de llegar. Los empleados muy amables. El lugar es hermoso, todo impecable. Seguramente vuelva.

Cons:

El tema de ascenso y descenso del auto. Justo nos tocó lluvia al retirarnos y fue un pequeño contratiempo.

Me cobraron 10 mil pesos xq la toalla de manos estaba sucia al momento de dejar el hotel.... tengo 2 niños que juegan todo el tiempo y la toalla era blanca y no estaba sucia sino percudida ....me pareció una locura q me cobren 10 mil pesos

buena ubicación , buen trato del personal . instalaciones muy vetustas y mucho olor a humedad
