Me gustaron las instalaciones

Cons:

No me agradó la atención al cliente de recepción. Pocas recomendaciones, facilidades y un tanto desatentos. Lo lindo del hotel se podría acompañar con más sonrisas.

La habitación fue espectacular, muy moderna, amplia, cómoda. Se siente premium. Muy chula la bodega del hotel. Muy bueno el room service.

Cons:

La piscina y el rooftop estaba cerrado cuando subimos. No había personal cerca para ayudarnos, así que nos lo perdimos.
El personal del restaurante poco amable.

Pros:

Adorei o hotel! Novo, quarto confortável, com roupão, toalhas macias. Por ser um hotel vinícola, você tem vinho a vontade de 8h da manhã até às 20h. Isso é um bônus agradável! Limpeza excelente!
Café da manhã bem gostoso, porém, achei que não deveriam cobrar por serviços que já deviam estar inclusos na diária com café da manhã, como : omeletes, ovos fritos etc. Se você quiser qualquer opção dessas é preciso pagar à parte. Mas é um café da manhã com variedades e bem servido!

Não tenho nada a reclamar!

Podría mejorar el desayuno
El aroma de parrilla del restaurante del primer piso se siente en la habitación si abres la puerta que da a la terraza. Creo pueden ver ese tema (estuvimos en 6to piso)

Excellent location and the first “winery hotel” in Mendoza, with “free wine dispenser
Pros:

Excellent location and incredible “free wine dispenser” with 5 types of wine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s restaurant, La Cabrera, has a wonderful “parrilla”. The hotel is near Sarmiento Peatonal Street with many restaurants and shops.

passagem rápida em Mendoza
Pros:

A instalação é moderna e muito bonita, o banheiro bonito e limpo. Café da manhã saboroso, mas achei frio. Nosso quarto ficava no primeiro andar e vinha muito barulho do restaurante que fica na parte de baixo do hotel, atrapalhou muito nosso sono. Localização muito boa
