Excelente opção em Mendoza!
Pros:

Localização perfeita! Atendimento maravilhoso! Café da Manhã muito bom. Manutenção e limpeza em dia! O hotel possui uma vinícola urbana no seu subsolo e oferece vinho grátis aos seus hóspedes! O Restaurante La Cabrera é fantástico! A integração com os outros hotéis é muito prática. Recomendo muito!

Atendimento excelente e hotel novo é mto bem cuidado!

Atendimento e tudo novinho!
Quartos confortáveis, café da manhã maravilhoso!

Cons:

Tem uma fonte na parte externa e como nosso quarto era no segundo andar, fazia mto barulho da água!

Pros:

Localização maravilhosa, ótimo café da manhã, atendimento bom da equipe do hotel, academia super agradável e conforto nos quartos. Para melhorar, a oferta gratuita de vinho durante o dia todo.

Cons:

Por ser um hotel que inclui um complexo enorme, sem contar o cassino, eventualmente às noites existem pessoas que fazem barulhos e podem atrapalhar o sono mais leve.

Pros:

O hotel é lindo, aconchegante, confortável e muito bem localizado. Café da manhã muito bom, restaurante ótimo. A cereja do bolo é o serviço de vinho à vontade para hóspedes. Muito bom tomar um vinho na área externa do hotel enquanto resolve ou espera algum programa...

Cons:

Zero sustentabilidade... usava o sabonete 1 vez e trocavam... não precisa disso... o planeta agradece!

Conforto limpeza e localização

Cons:

Cobrança indevida no check in, sem aviso prévio! E no check-out a não devolução da caução cobrada indevidamente, mesmo após já ter feito o pagamento das diárias! Um desrespeito com o hóspede e frustração! Até agora o problema não foi resolvido, mesmo após tentativa de conversação com o hotel! Nunca indicarei a ninguém esse hotel!

Ótimo opção em Mendoza !
Pros:

O café da manhã era bom. As dimensões do quarto eram muito boas e o fato de o hotel estar interligado a mais dois hotéis permitiu aproveitar os restaurantes e lojas em comum de todos.

Cons:

A água do chuveiro era fraca.

Perfect except for the noise
Pros:

Location was perfect, walking distance to anything you might need. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We used the sauna and gym, no complaints.

Cons:

It was our wedding trip and they put us in a room with the window facing their patio. Every night we will hear yelling and music from their outdoor. You would think a 4-star hotel would have noise cancelling windows. This really affected our rating of the hotel because if it wasnt for the super loud noise every night, it would have been a great stay
