Beautiful and relaxing stay. Truly a hidden Gem in Nairobi
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was outstanding. Despite being in Nairobi, the property feels like a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle.

It's the perfect place to relax after a busy safari or to spend a night before arriving in or departing from Kenya.

The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and dining area were excellent, and the beautifully decorated lounge in the main building added to the welcoming atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hidden gem in Nairobi.

Most wonderful place
Pros:

Everything. The place is beautiful, the setting is great but most of ALL the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. We unfortunately both got very sick most likely due to an outing where we ate some bad food, and even in the middle of the night everybody helped so incredibly well!!! Don't know how we would have done this without al the incredible staff.

I would highly recommend Deerpark for its quiet and secure location. Staff are very friendly.
Pros:

The facilities are very clean and serene. The breakfast was great and with plenty of options offered.

Cons:

The hotel could possibly offer free airport shuttle or shuttle service to commercial centers nearby. The neighbor's barking dog can be a nuisance in the middle of the night.

Pros:

Staff (especially Esther!) was extremely kind and helped me with some charger/battery issues I had.

The Nairobi home I didn’t know I wanted
Pros:

The property, the ambience, the food… I could go on and on about Deerpark. It has a special place in my heart. I always feel at home whenever I’m there.
It’s located smack in the middle of the metropolitan making it EASY to get around but it’s quiet and peaceful I don’t know how they do it. ❤️

Cons:

That the weather didn’t let me deep into the pool 🤭
