Muy buena ubicación y cuartos amplios
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal super amable

Cons:

La limpieza es muy importante para mi y sentí que no estaba pulcro al 100%. A primera vista todo perfecto pero yo soy bastante meticulosa con esas cosas y en efecto no estaba completamente limpio

Cons:

Lo único negativo que puedo decir es que no tenía videt y que la puerta de baño es de vidrio esmerilado que no te da privacidad . La limpieza puede mejorar

Overall Great stay with excellent service, but better housekeeping would make it outstanding.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the stay even more enjoyable and deserve a 10/10 for their outstanding service.

Cons:

I had a great stay overall, but I gave it an 8 instead of a 10 because the housekeeping could be improved. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, the floor was always dirty, and the kitchen counters were never properly wiped down.

Localização muito boa, mas limpeza pode melhorar.

Localização incrível, pressão dos chuveiros e a temperatura do quarto.

Cons:

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar, a pia da cozinha esteve suja todos os dias. Travesseiros horrorosos. O box do chuveiro estava com vazamento, a descarga da privada quebrou no meio da estadia.

Cons:

Eigenlijk beviel alles goed. Als ik iets zou moeten benoemen zou ik 2 grote bekers toevoegen aan het servies de kopjes zijn erg klein vind ik.

Hospodegem tranquila e confortável.

Cama muito confortável; quartos com janelas grandes com visão ampla da rua; ótimo rooftop do hotel e funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Minha única reclamação é quanto ao banheiro, especificamente ao chuveiro. O box precisa muito de uma porta. Não sou muito fã de box sem porta, pois geralmente tendem a deixar a água escapar com facilidade deixando o banheiro completamente encharcado. Um outro ponto que também não me agradou é a torneira do chuveiro ser muito baixa! Constantemente eu esbarrava na torneira e acaba desligando o chuveiro ou mudando a temperatura da água.

Good aparthotel in a great neighborhood
Pros:

Casa Joseph is a nicely renovated building with 24-hour staffing and a smooth check-in process. The room is generously sized with a sitting area, dining area, and kitchenette, and the bathroom is clean and well appointed with marble and tile finishes and plenty of counter space. Palermo Soho is a fabulous neighborhood to be based in, very walkable with exceptional restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons:

Amenities are minimal. Toiletries are basic with no tissues, shower caps, or the usual extras you might expect. Only one key card is issued per room, which is an odd policy for two guests with different schedules, and the front desk was quite emphatic about not losing it. The bed lacked a mattress cover, which gave us some pause, though the sheets were clean.
