I loved my stay and would return!
Pros:

One staff member in particular made my stay extra special. His name was Pablo. The other staff members were great, but Pablo was the most warm and helpful as far as my disorientation etc. The food in the restaurant downstairs was terrific!

Cons:

My room was cold and even when I put up the heat, I couldn’t seem to warm the room.

Had a fantastic stay at Casa Joseph!
Pros:

The location was ideal and very convenient. Close to the popular streets, but located on a slightly more quite street. Easy to walk to the main street to catch a bus as needed. Buses also pass on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and every single staff member was extremely courteous. They were always willing to provide advice on places to go, how to get there and any other questions. They were able to recommend where to go for an Argentinian Tango show and were able to arrange the pickup and reservation.

Cons:

I arrived on a Saturday and unfortunately the lock to the sliding door to the balcony did not close properly. The front desk individual tried to help, but advised maintenance would need to fix the lock but they would not be returning until Monday. As you may appreciate it was a little unnerving however, being quite a few floors up helped to reduce a little bit of the concern I had about sleeping with an unlocked sliding door. First thing on Monday morning Maintenance came and fixed it rather quickly.

We had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly and the apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was ideal, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars, and parks, with convenient access to the rest of the city.
