Convenience to airport
Very spacious rooms, welcoming reception staff
The beds are so hard and springy, didn't have a very good sleep. The bathroom was quite dirty, hairs on the toilet seat, gunk build up around the base of the shower and on the vanity/tap. We were able to wipe it off because it was gross, so it just wasn't cleaned

Noise coming through roof and walls. Worst pillows I’ve ever used and no where to put soap when showering
Decent hotel about $20 uber away (or hotel bus @ $8 per person). Nice Indian restaurant on site.
일찍 공항에 가야해서 선택했는데, 위치는 좋았어요.
8nzd 공항셔틀도 편했는데, 미리 고지가 되면 더 좋았을거 같네요.
시설은 딱 필요한것만 갖춘, 딱이 불편함은 없는 정도에요.
아침은 나름 있을건 다 있고, 적당했어요.
낮에는 안들리던 소리였는데
밤에 벽쪽에서 물떨어지는? 뭐라고 설명하기 힘든 똑똑 하는 소리가 났어요.
조용하면 들리는 소리인지, 깊게 못잤습니다.
The evening staff was very nice and sociable. The manager was nice as well.
We had booked for 1 night because of our flight having a layover of 28 hours. We paid an extra $40 to check in early. We didn't realize we could not eat breakfast that morning. But we did and was reprimanded for it. The fact was we were leaving for our flight the next morning before breakfast and we should have been allowed to eat then.

Nice staff, comfy bed, good bathroom. Everything was quite new and very clean. Quiet even though it was in a light industrial area. Good parking and close to park n rides. Breakfast was included, which was a surprise considering the price. The cafe looks out onto a wetland so pukeko were walking around outside while we ate. Very cute! We ordered evening room service - very happy with the curry and noodles. We didn't use the paid airport shuttle but saw it pull in a few times. It's a good option if you haven't got a vehicle

Clean, tidy and large rooms. Ideal location for airport and conference venues. Great to have breakfast included.
