Comfortable night, will stay here next time I am in Hastings.
Pros:

Modern, central, lots of parking. Rooms small but well laid out. Warm in winter as there was a heat pump. Good facilities, coffee machine, stove top, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Staff were excellent.

Great business place to stay in Hastings
Pros:

Great place for a business trip to Hastings. Comfortable room, great staff and easy to find.

Cons:

We were not able to find a park and the streets nearby all have 60 minutes only.

It was easy
Pros:

Clean, warm, convenient. Car park felt safe after dark.Best of all it had a kitchen area with running water in the room.

Nice location and faciities spoilt by lack of reception to deal with heating issues
Pros:

Location was good, parking was good, but I did not expect to pay for it! I thought reception would be manned 24 hours. It wasn't. Which was an issue when the heating in the room did not heat!

Cons:

The Air conditioning unit in the room would only cool. The room was freezing. Reception was closed and and we could not report the problem. We had to resort to heating the room by turning on the kitchen hob units.
