Was a nice stay
Pros:

Good location and good food and drink

Cons:

At the start one of the staff tryed to charge me full price without telling me when I have already paid for the booking.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not warm enough, make my guests feel too cold and afraid of going to having a shower. They told me they were very disappointed. That’s a major letdown.

Wonderful stay. Rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was exceptional.

PERFECT
Pros:

We LOVED the location.
The staff were so attentive, friendly, helpful and were just overall amazing!
The room exceeded our expectation, everything was perfect. we especially loved how comfy the bed was, the view and the bathroom!
The extra little touches like the happy anniversary plate just showed how the staff go above and beyond to make the trips special!

Cons:

We loved everything. one thing maybe is the service going into the dining/ restaurant area. We waited to be seen but took more then 5-10 mins so decided to go else where. Was not a big issue though.

Amazing will definitely return
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, lots of options. Amazing location. The staff were extremely lovely and the bed was like a cloud. Loved the black out curtains and being able to control the lights and curtains from the bed. Tv was huge and clear quality. Our view was gorgeous and was upgraded for free being a member. Probably the best shower of my life. Valet parking was a plus made it super easy, but pricey though at $70 per night.

Cons:

No complaint just the bathroom is not sound proof or very private and you can see the person showering through the glass. Other than that it’s an amazing hotel.

Very modern, clean and efficiently and effectively run. Good hotel, particularly for business.
Pros:

Didn’t have the breakfast, but the restaurant was actually quite good. Try the Manti.

Cons:

Would like more than 1 eating option. It’s all basically 1 menu. No spa.
