Room was modern and comfortable with fantastic views
Noisy location on 9th floor due to proximity to night-life below.
Das Hotel liegt bei den Quay der Fähren sehr zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels, der Checkin ging sehr schnell und ich habe eine sehr schöne Suite mit Hafenblick im 10. Stock erhalten wie gebucht. In der Lounge gibt es am Abend sehr feine Canapes. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Meine Suite (Eck Suite mit Hafenblick) war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels hat es eine Bar, dort läuft so laute Musik bis zum Teil 04.00h Morgens, da ist an schlafen ohne Ohrenstöpsel nicht zu Denken. Ich habe das Hotel damit konfrontiert, sie haben mir einen Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Aber ich habe diese Suite mit Hafenblick extra gebucht und mit 400CHF/Nacht bezahlt. Sie sind mir dann mit der Übernahme der Valet Parking Kosten und einem Essens Gutschein von 100NZD entgegen gekommen.Was für mich dann in Ordnung war. Und sie haben sich in aller Form entschuldigt. Auch hört man den Verkehr sehr gut sogar in der 10. Etage.
Excellent room, with the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Great harbour views if on 8th floor or above.
A little pricey, especially the breakfast surcharge. Most guests probably don’t wear their reading glasses in the shower, so the bodywash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were difficult to differentiate.

At the start one of the staff tryed to charge me full price without telling me when I have already paid for the booking.
The air conditioning was not warm enough, make my guests feel too cold and afraid of going to having a shower. They told me they were very disappointed. That’s a major letdown.
