Cons:

1. didn't like the rooms not all clean before arrival the guy said one clean one not but they were all clean just had little milk containers were off but they always there to supply more towels and hot chocolate coffee condiments when need❤️
2. the buffet looked sad? cold? not looked cared enough options little not worth 25$ same price of an actual buffet like happy days lunch.
3. the parking can be crazy at times but still manage a parking
otherwise everything was amazing especially the customer service thankyou for your hospitality🙏🏼

Comfortable and well located, very much a motor lodge and not a Hotel.
Pros:

Good location and free parking

Cons:

Not a 4 star Hotel, not even a Hotel, at best it’s a 3 star Motel. The description on the write up seems to based on a completely different Hotel. Fridge was broken and when I asked for ice they didn’t have any.

Misleading Booking.com Listing - Said Single Room. When I arrived there, their system showed capsule

Nothing. Misleading advertisement of listing ont he website - advert said single room. Upon arrival at the hotel and checking with reception - their system showed a capsule bed only. Ridiculous

I took a picture of their desktop system showing the capsule booking, which did not reflect what I had booked. I had booked for a single room - i also have proof and sent the proof of this to booking.com!! Contacted booking.com and even after multiple contacts by booking.com to the awa hotel, awa has not yet refunded me.
I am reminding people through this review to avoid this place and not book due to their misleading advert. Be sure to check what you have paid for. They misled me. Very unhappy with them. Never coming to this hotel.

Good and reasonable
Pros:

Loved the proximity to everything.
Easily accessible
Clean and tidy rooms.

Cons:

The TV was absolutely dud. Not a smart tv
On rainy days, if you are stuck inside, you will be bored to death by same 4 cable channels.

The children running like mad can be heard in your room, so not too sound proof.
Still a good stay for a reasonable and surprisingly clean rooms.
